Abstract
本发明公开了一种防偷窥手机膜。本发明所述手机膜从上向下为四层结构,依次为:防辐射层、防偷窥层、贯通材料层、ARM层;所述防偷窥层为掺入微米颗粒和纳米颗粒的ARM层,所述ARM层是以硅胶为吸附底层,PET为中间层,外层防静电层的三层材质贴膜。本发明相比于传统的光学防窥手机膜,掺有微纳米混合颗粒实现漫反射的手机膜具有更高的损伤阈值和更高的消光比。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备附属用品领域,更具体的说,是涉及一种防偷窥、防辐射及防眩光的手机膜。
背景技术
近年来,手机等电子产品逐渐成为我们工作生活中不可或缺的工具。但是,在民众使用这些电子产品的同时,由于屏幕可视范围大,面临着被人偷窥,泄露个人信息、账户密码等的风险。
随着光学技术的发展,逐渐出现了一种可应用在电脑屏幕上的防窥片,但由于手机是移动设备,灵活性较大,无法应用同样的技术。目前市面上已有的手机防窥膜存在斜纹多眩目、防窥方向单一等问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防偷窥、防辐射及防眩光的手机膜。
本发明防偷窥手机膜,技术方案如下:所述手机膜从上向下为四层结构,依次为:防辐射层、防偷窥层、贯通材料层、ARM层;所述防偷窥层为掺入微米颗粒和纳米颗粒的ARM层,所述ARM层是以硅胶为吸附底层,PET为中间层,外层防静电层的三层材质贴膜。
所述防偷窥层与ARM层之间采用六边形网格集合成的贯通结构。
所述防偷窥层中微米颗粒和纳米颗粒以约2:1比例混合后直接压片入ARM层。
本发明的手机膜可以控制手机屏幕可视度在左右30度以内,防刮花,防辐射,防眩光。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)耐用性好。相比于传统的光学防窥手机膜,掺有微纳米混合颗粒实现漫反射的手机膜具有更高的损伤阈值和更高的消光比。
(2)粘贴性好。本发明使用ARM材料,采用静电吸附,粘贴时没有气泡,且易于撕下,不在手机屏幕上留下痕迹,可重复使用。
(3)透射率好。相比于传统的防眩光涂层,本发明使用性能更好,不会反射特定波长的波,也不会降低光的透射率。
(3)环保。ARM材料采用环保新工艺。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行说明。
本发明手机膜从上向下为四层结构,依次为:防辐射层、防偷窥层、贯通材料层、ARM层;所述防偷窥层为掺入微米颗粒和纳米颗粒的ARM层,所述ARM层是以硅胶为吸附底层,PET为中间层,外层防静电层的三层材质贴膜。
其中微米颗粒和纳米颗粒以约2:1比例混合后直接压片入样品槽,使手机膜表面产生偏振,可吸收和反射垂直于透射轴的偏振光,和混合颗粒垂直的偏振光将可透过;
ARM材料作为膜表面,此表面经过亚光处理及超耐磨处理,保护屏幕不被刮伤或留下指纹、污渍、尘埃,同时保证极好的透光率。防偷窥层与ARM层之间采用六边形网格集合成的贯通结构。该结构模仿飞蛾的眼部纳米结构,通过离心二氧化硅微球溶液获得单层增透材料,将该增透材料制成约100nm宽的六边形网格,集合在一起成为一个凹凸面,实现减少眩光、自洁的功能。
本发明具有如下效果:
在一人玩手机时,其他人在该人侧面超过约30度的范围内,无法看清屏幕上内容,只能看到一片黑色。
在太阳光及荧光灯下,本发明减少了暖反射和辐射,但不影响屏幕分辨率,人长时间使用手机时眼睛更舒适。
长时间使用手机后,手机膜表面并没有留下污迹、汗痕等,不会影响触摸使用效果。
Claims (3)
1.一种防偷窥手机膜,其特征是:所述手机膜从上向下为四层结构,依次为:防辐射层、防偷窥层、贯通材料层、ARM层;所述防偷窥层为掺入微米颗粒和纳米颗粒的ARM层,所述ARM层是以硅胶为吸附底层,PET为中间层,外层防静电层的三层材质贴膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防偷窥手机膜,其特征是:所述防偷窥层与ARM层之间采用六边形网格集合成的贯通结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防偷窥手机膜,其特征是:所述防偷窥层中微米颗粒和纳米颗粒以约2:1比例混合后直接压片入ARM层。
