Claims (16)
- 실린더 ;그 실린더내에서 미끄럼운동하는 피스톤;그 피스톤에 부착된 피스톤 로드;이 유니트를 구동시키기 위한 유체가 자유롭게 통과하게 하는 개방위치와, 피스톤 운동을 느리게 하기 위해 상기 유니트에의 유체의 통과를 봉쇄하는 폐쇄위치를 형성하여 실린더내 피스톤의 운동속도를 제어하기 위한 조절 밸브;상기 피스톤의 소정 위치에 감응하여 작동하고 그러한 감응에 따라 상기 조절밸브의 상태를 변경시키도록 설계되고 무접촉 센서형태인 적어도 하나의 센서;및 상기 조절밸브를 그의 개방위치와 폐쇄위치 사이에서 변환시키기 위해 상기 센서로 부터의 신호에 감응하여 상기 조절밸브를 작동시키는 전기 작동식 셋팅 유니트를 포함하는 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 적어도 일부분이 영구 자석물질로 되어 있고, 상기 센서는 피스톤이 그센서를 지나 이동할 때 상기 자석물질에 반경방향으로 대향하는 상기 실린더의 외측면에 배치되는 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 센서가 리이드스위치, 유도스위치로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 감응소자를 포함하는 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 조절 밸브가 피스톤의 속도를 감소시키기 위해 그 피스톤에의 유체의 흐름비율을 감소시키는 외부에서 조정가능한 쵸우크를 포함하는 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 조절 밸브가 실린더에 유체를 공급하기 위한 제1유체 도관을 형성하고, 상기 조절 밸브가 또한, 상기 실린더에의 유체 흐름을 봉쇄하기 위해 어느정도 상기 도관내로 연장할 수 있는 밸브플러그와, 상기 도관내로의 연장깊이를 조정하기 위한 외부에서 접근 가능한 수단을 포함하는 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전기 작동식 셋팅 유니트가 상기 쵸우크의 작동 위치를 변경시키는데 적합하게 된 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 제4-6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 조절 밸브가 2-방향 밸브인 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 제4-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 조절 밸브가 상기 제1도관내로, 데이퍼진 원추 형태를 가지는 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 제5-8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제1도 관내로의 연장 깊이를 변화시킴에 의해 조절 밸브의 봉쇄 작동시 조절 밸브의 봉쇄 상태를 결정하도록 밸브 부재를 프리셋팅하기 위한 외부에서 조정가능한 정지부재를 포함하는 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 조절밸브가, 상기 플러그가 일부를 형성하는 밸브부재와, 상기 조절밸브의 상기 봉쇄 위치를 형성하는데 있어 상기 조절밸브의 상기 또다른 부분과 협동하도록 상기 밸브 부재상에 제공된 조정가능한 정지부재를 포함하는 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조절밸브가 공통의 압력원으로부터 유체가 공급되도록 상기 제1도관과 그의 쵸우크에 평행히 배치된 제2유체 도관을 형성하고, 상기 피스톤-실린더 유니트가, 상기 유체가 상기 조절밸브의 개방위치에서 차단 밸브를 통하여 피스톤으로 흐르고 폐쇄위치에서는 상기 쵸우크를 통하여 피스톤으로 흐를 수 있도록 하는 방식으로 상기 전기 작동식 셋팅 유니트에 의해 작동될 수 있게 상기 제2도관내에 배치된 차단 밸브를 더 포함하는 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 쵸우크와 차단 밸브가 상기 개방밸브 형태로 되어있고, 상기 조절 밸브는 상기 셋팅 유니트에 의해 작동되지 않을 때 그의 개방위치에 유지되는 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 셋팅 유니트에 의해 작동 가능한 상기 밸브 플러그가 그의 초기 위치로 탄력적으로 압압되어 있는 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 상기 항들중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 셋팅 유니트가 전자석적으로 작동할 수 있고, 밸브 수단의 작동을 위한 솔레노이드를 포함하는 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도면 제1및 2도를 참조하여 기술되고 그 도면들에 도시된 바와같은 피스톤-실린더 유니트.
