Claims (6)
- 일단이 에어 클리너에 연통되고 타단이 엔진에 연통된 폐쇄단면형상의 흡기통로장치의 제조방법에 있어서,흡기통로장치내의 유선에 거의 따르도록 분할된 복수의 분할체를 형성하고, 이 분할체를 접착제에 의해 기밀적으로 접합함과 동시에 상기 양 분할체를 고정 수단에 의해 일체적으로 결합하여 흡기통로장치를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기통로장치의 제조방법.
- 일단이 에어 클리너에 연통되고 타단이 엔진에 연통된 폐쇄단면형상의 흡기통로장치에 있어서,흡기통로장치내의 유선에 거의 따르도록 형성된 분할면을 접착제에 의해 기밀적으로 접합한 복수의 분할체와, 서로 대향한 상기 분할체를 상호에 고정하는 고정수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기통로장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 흡기통로장치가 에어 클리너에 연통된 통로부와 이 통로부에 연통된 탱크부로 이루어지며, 상기분할면이 상기 통로부와 탱크부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기통로장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 분할체의 한쪽이 상기 통로부의 일부와 탱크부의 일부로 이루어지며, 상기 분할체의 다른 쪽이 상기 통로부의 다른 부분과 탱크부의 다른 부분으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기통로장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 흡기통로장치가 에어 클리너에 연통되어 거의 직선형상으로 연장된 통로부와, 이 통로부에 연통됨과 동시에 이 통로부의 좌우에 배치된 탱크부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기통로장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 흡기통로장치가 에어 클리너에 일단이 연통되어 거의 직선형상으로 연장된 통로부와 이 통로부의 타단에 연통됨과 동시에 이 통로부의 측부에 배치된 탱크부 및 이 탱크부의 측부에 배치되어 탱크부와 흡입매니폴드를 연통하는 배출부로 이루어지며, 상기 분할면이 상기 통로부와 탱크부 및 배출부를 거의 직선적으로 횡단하도록 형성되고, 상기 분할체의 한쪽이 상기 통로부의 일부와 탱크부의 일부 및 배출부의 일부로 이루어지며, 상기 분할체의 다른쪽이 상기 통로부의 다른 부분과 탱크부의 다른 부분 및 배출부의 다른 부분으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기통로장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
