Claims (15)
- 분산염료로 착색된 폴리에스테르 섬유를 10중량% 이상 함유하는 섬유상 구조물, 이 구조물의 적어도 한면상에 코팅된 수지층, 및 이 수지층의 적어도 한면상에 형성된 두께 100 내지 10000Å의 얇은 중합체 필름층으로 이루어지는, 분산염료의 이염 및 승화방지효과가 우수한 시트-상(sheet-like)구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 얇은 중합체층이 불소화합물의 유도체인 시트-상 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 얇은 중합체 필름층이 불소화합물의 유도체이며, X-선 광전자분광기에 의해 측정된 불소Fis피이크 면적으로부터 계산된 불소원자의 수를 동일한 방법으로 계산된 탄소 Cis원자의 수로 나누어 얻어진 값인, 상기 얇은 필름층의 불화율, 즉 α=F/C가 0.2α1.8의 범위내인 시트-상 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 얇은 중합체 층이 불소화합물로 제조되고, 상기 얇은 필름층의 불화율, 즉 α=F/C가 0.2α1.3의 범위내이며, X-선 광전자분광기에 의해 측정된 산소 Ois피이크 면적으로부터 계산된 산소원자수의 수를 동일한 방법으로 계산된 탄소 CIS원자의 수로 나누어 얻어진 값인, 산화율, 즉 β=O/C가 0.05β0.35의 범위내인 시트 - 상 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 얇은 중합체 필름층이 10%〈A〈70%, 10%〈B〈35%, 10%〈C〈35%, 5%〈D〈30% 및 0%〈E〈20%[여기에서, A, B, C, D 및 E는, 얇은 필름을 X-선 광전자 분광 분석하여 얻어진 탄소 Cis차트를 이 차트상에서 피이크에 상응하는 각 결합에너지를 중심으로 하여 몇 개의 파 형태로 분리하는 방법(파-형분리법)을 수행하고, 이 파 형태의 면적을 총 Cis면적으로 나누어 얻어진 값에 100을 곱하여 유도된 백분율로서, A는 피이크가 약 285 전자볼트(eV)인 파형에 대한 백분율이고, B는 피이크가 약 287±0.5eV인 파형에 대한 것이고, C는 피이크가 약 289±0.5eV인 파형에 대한 것이고, D는 피이크가 약 291.6±0.5eV인 파형에 대한 것이며, E는 피이크가 약 293.8±0.5eV인 파형에 대한 것이다]의 조건을 만족시키는 시트-상 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 얇은 중합체 필름층이 (B+8)%〉(C+3)%〉D%〉E% 및 B%〉(E+6)%의 조건을 만족시키는 시트-상 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 얇은 중합체 필름층이 실리콘-함유 화합물의 유도체인 시트-상 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지층이 폴리우레탄, 아크릴성 중합체, 비닐클로라이드 중합체 및 합성고무로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 중합체로 제조된 시트-상 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 부등식을 만족시키는 시트-상 구조물.y〉-x+500(x0, y0)상기 식에서, y는 JIS Z-0208에 따라 측정한 시트-상 구조물의 수증기 투과성(g/㎡/24h)을 나타내며, x는 JIS L-1092에 따라 측정한 시트-상 구조물의 내수도(resistance to hydro-static pressure)(mm)를 나타낸다.
- 분산염료-착색 폴리에스테르 섬유를 10중량% 이상 함유하며, 수지코팅처리에 의해 그의 적어도 한면상에 수지층이 제공된 시트-상 구조물을, 용해도 파라메터(SP) 치가 상기 분산염료의 SP치보다 적어도 0.5(cal/㎤)1/2정도 낮은 단량체성 화합물을 사용하여 저온 플라스마 중합처리시켜 상기 시트-상 구조물의 수지층의 적어도 한면상에 두께 100 내지 10000Å의 얇은 필름층을 형성시킴을 특징으로하여, 분산염료의 이염 및 승화 방지 효과가 우수한 시트-상 구조물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 단량체성 화합물이 불소-함유 단량체인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 불소-함유 단량체를 C2F4,C3F6,C3F8,C4F8,C3F6O 및 C2H4F2로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 불소-함유 단량체 및 수소나 불소-함유 단량체 및 비중합성 가스로 이루어진 혼합가스를 저온 플라스마 중합반응의 수행에 사용하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 단량체성 화합물이 실리콘-함유 단량체인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 저온 플라스마 중합반응을 캔-형 몸체로부터 전기적으로 절연된 비접지 전극을 갖는 저온 플라스마 장치에서 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
