Claims (7)

  1. 샘플은 샘플내 전체 T4의 몰량에 관련하여, 분류된 항-T4항체의 10-2000배 부족량으로 최대한 10분간 배양하고, 고정된 T4초과량과 함께, 다시 배양하고, 상을 분리하여 상의 하나내에서 분류가 측정되는, 면역학적 방법에 의해서 혈장, 혈청 또는 전체 혈액내의 유리티록신(FT4)을 정량하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 첫번째 배양은 1-5분간 행해지는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 항-T4항체는 10101/몰 또는 그 이하의 친화상수(affinity constant)를 가지는 것으로 사용된 방법.
  4. 앞서 나온 어느 항에 있어서, 분류된 항-T4항체의 양과 관련하여, 10-5000배 초과량의 고정된 T4가 사용되는 방법.
  5. 앞서 나온 어느 항에 있어서, 분해적으로 포화되고 또는 고체 담체 물질상의 건조형태로 동결건조된 분류된 항-T4항체가 사용되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 분류된 항-T4항체가 담체 플리스(fleece)상에 제공되고, 샘플은 담체 플리스에 적용되고, 첫번째 배양 후에, 원심분리해 내어, 용해되지 않는 고정된 T4를 포함하는 제이의 담체 플리스에 넣는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 전술되고 실시예로 된 것에 따라, 혈장혈청 또는 전체 혈액내의 유리티록신을 정량하는 방법.
