10 : 와류탐침, 12 : 신호전달장치, 14 : 열결간, 16 : 열교환관, 18 : 지지판, 20 : 설치대, 22 : 확장부, 24 : 균열부, 28 : 제1평면, 30,32,34,36 : 코일, 38 : 제2평면, 40 : 관, 42 : 확장부, 44 : 균열부.
Claims (4)
- 축상대칭구조물에서 비대칭의 균열이나 파손부를 검출하기 위한 와류탐침에 있어서, 서로 대향되는 자기장을 형성하도록 대향되게 제1 평면상에 나란히 배치된 두개의 코일과 서로 대향되는 자기장을 형성하도록 대향되게 제2 평면상에 나란히 배치된 2개의 코일로 구성되면서, 상기 제1평면과 제2평면은 평행하게 일정한 간격으로 떨어져 축상공간을 형성하고, 제2평면상의 대향된 두개의 코일은 제1평면의 대향된 2개의 코일과 일정각도를 비틀려 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 균열검출용 와류탐침
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1평면의 대향된 두개의 코일은 제2평면의 대향된 두개의 코일과 90°각으로 비틀린 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1평면에 배치된 두개의 코일들과 제2평면에 배치된 두개의 코일들은 각각 D자형상을 가지며, 각 평면상에 서로 대향되게 나란히 배치된 것.
- 제3항에 있어서, D자형상의 각각의 코일들은 일직선부를 가지며 상기 일직선부는 서로 나란히 배치되고, 제1평면의 일직선부와 제2 평면의 일직선부는 90°각으로 비틀려 배치된 것.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
