Abstract
Le procédé de contrôle de l'étanchéité d'un échangeur de chaleur à plaques (1) comprend : - une pluralité de plaques primaires (3), chaque plaque primaire (3) ayant une grande face (5) dans laquelle sont creusés une pluralité de canaux primaires (17) prévus pour la circulation d'un fluide primaire ; - une pluralité de plaques secondaires (11), chaque plaque secondaire (11) ayant une grande face (13) dans laquelle sont creusés une pluralité de canaux secondaires (15) prévus pour la circulation d'un fluide secondaire, les plaques primaires et secondaires (3, 11) étant empilées les unes sur les autres de manière alternée. Le procédé comprend au moins une étape de contrôle au cours de laquelle des sondes (55) de contrôle par courants de Foucault sont déplacées le long des canaux primaires et/ou secondaires (7, 15), les plaques primaires et secondaires (3, 11) étant soudées par diffusion les unes sur les autres de manière à ce que les canaux primaires et/ou secondaires (7, 15) présentent des périmètres continus permettant la circulation
