Claims (20)

  1. 입사 자장 에너지에 반응을 일으키는 부품이 구비되어, 관련물품감시 시스템으로 하여금 경보를 발생시키게 하며, 상기 부품의 최소한 일부분의 분자조직상에 수정을 가함에 의하여 상기 부품을 작동정지시킬 수 있는 구성을 가진 전자식 감시 시스템마커.
  2. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 상기 부품은 비정질물질로 만들어져 있으며 작동정지시에 그 최소한 일부분이 결정화 될 수 있도록 마련된 마커.
  3. 청구범위 2에 있어서, 상기 비정질물질은 금속성 물질로 선택한 마커.
  4. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 상기 부품은 기계적 스트레스를 간직하고 있으나, 이 기계적 스트레스에서 해제될 수 있도록 마련된 구성을 가진 마커.
  5. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 상기 부품은 그 히스테레지스 루프내에 큰 바르크하우센 불연속성을 가진 자성물질의 몸체로 구성되었으며 이 불연속성의 성격은 상기 몸체의 순간적인 자극화를 방해하는 방향으로 자력자이 작용하여 이 자력장의 강도가 미리 예정된 일정 한계치를 초과하면 상기 자극의 희생적 역전을 일으키는 특징을 가진 마커.
  6. 처구범위 5에 있어서, 상기 몸체는 길쭉한 비정질금속선으로 구성된 마커.
  7. 청구범위 6에 있어서, 상기 선의 규격은 직경 0.09-0.15mm의 범위길이 1-10cm의 범위로 된 마커.
  8. 청구범위 6에 있어서, 상기 길쭉한 선에 대한 감자계수는 0.000125를 초과하지 않는 특징을 가진 마커.

  17. 청구범위 16에 있어서, 상기 작동정지수단은 상기 마커부품의 해당부분에 전력을 선별적으로 연결하여 줄 수 있는 전류공급원을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 물품감시시스템.
  18. 청구범위 17에 있어서, 상기 전류공급원의 작동력은 상기 마커부품의 해당부분을 결정화온도이상의 온도에 유지시킬 기능을 구비하며, 이에 의하여 상기 부품의 여타부분이 보유하는 보자력과 상이한 보자력이 해당부분에 고정되게 하는 특징을 가진 전자식 물품감시시스템.
  19. 청구범위 15에 있어서, 상기 작동정지 수단은 상기 마커부품에 방사에너지를 가하는 수단으로 구성된 전자식 물품감시시스템.
  20. 청구범위 15에 있어서, 상기 마커부품은 기계적으로 스트레스를 내재 보유하며, 상기 작동정지수단은 이 내재보유된 기계적 스트레스를 해소시키는 수단으로 구성된 전자식 물품감시시스템.
