Claims (11)

  1. 산화철제품이 직접 침탄 처리되는 침탄구역으로부터 열원을 물리적인 방법으로 격리시키는 형식의 침탄로 내에서 산화철제품을 침탄시키는 방법에 있어서, 산화된 탄화수소와 탄화수소 가 기체로 된 침탄 혼합물을 불활성 기체의 포함없이 단독으로 침탄구역내로 장입시키고 동시에 불활성 기체는 침탄혼합물을 포함하지 않고 열원의 구역내로 분리장입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 불연속 분위기에서의 침탄방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소부가 기체가 메탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 불연속 분위기에서의 침탄방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소부가 기체가 에탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 불연속 분위기에서의 침탄방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소부가 기체가 프로판인 것을 특징으로 하는 불연속 분위기에서의 침탄방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 기체가 질소인 것을 특징으로 하는 불연속 분위기에서의 침탄방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침탄로가 연속형 로우타리 침탄로인 것을 특징으로 하는 불연속 분위기에서의 침탄방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 침탄로는 침탄혼합물이 장입되는 로우타리 증류기와, 불활성 기체가 장입되는 열원을 포함하는 침탄로의 셀을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 불연속 분위기에서의 침탄방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 산화된 탄화수소는 알클기, 알데히드기, 에스테르기, 에테르기와 3개의 탄소원자를 갖는 그들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불연속 분위기에서의 침탄방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화된 탄화수소가 메탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 불연속 분위기에서의 침탄방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침탄혼합물은 불활성 기체의 체적에 비해 10%에 달하는 메탄올과 메탄으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 불연속 분위기에서의 침탄방법.
