Claims (4)
- 종방향 축 주위로 회전하는 성형 맨들렐 위에 콘크리이트를 집중적으로 균일하게 고속으로 사출하여 형성된 콘크리이트 벽과, 형성되는 사익 벽의 전체 두께 내에 위치하는, 나선식으로 권취되는 연속된 가는 철선층으로 구성되는 주연부 보강재로 구성되는 균등하게 분포된 철선 보강재를 갖는 통상적인 보강 콘크리이트 관에 있어서, 맨들렐의 축에 대한 주연부 철선 보강재의 나선 경사각이 2°내지 10°사이이고, 철선의 직경이 0.1 내지 1mm사이이고, 맨드렐의 축에 평행한 가는 철선으로 구성되는 종방향 보강재가 상기 관벽에 균등하게 분포되고, 상기 종방향 철선 보강재가 두개의 인접한 주연부 보강 철선층 사이에 위치하여 하나 또는 수개의 층을 이루고 0.5 내지 2mm의 직경을 가지며, 콘크리이트 체적에 대한 철선의 전체 밀도가 관의 벽 단면에 대해 11 내지 5%사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화된 콘크리이트 관.
- 연속적이고 가는 주연부 철선 및 종방향 철선으로 구성되는 보강재를 갖는 균등 분포된 철선 보강재를 갖고 있고, 콘크리이트를 고속으로 집중적으로 사출하고 동시에 고정 수단이 마련된 두개의 헤드가 그 양단부에 위치하고 회전 맨트렐위에 연속적이고 가느다란 다수의 연속된 주연부 철선을 권취시켜 형성하는 통상적인 강화 콘크리이트 관 제작 방법에 있어서, 상기 주연부 철선을 맨드렐의 축에 대해 2°내지 10°경사진 나선을 따라 관 전체를 덮을 때까지 권취하는 단계와, 맨드렐의 회전을 중지시키는 단계와, 가느다란 다수의 제2철선을 상기 고정 수단위에서 맨드렐의 제1헤드에 고정시키는 단계와, 상기 다수의 9제2철선들을 상기 제2헤드의 고정 수단을 통과할 때까지 맨트렐의 제2헤드방향으로 멘트랠의 종방향인 제1방향으로 신장시켜 상기 철선들을 성형되는 관 위에 종방향 밴드 형태로 적층시키는 단계와, 상기 철선들을 고정된 상태로 유지하면서 사익 종방향 철선들의 적층된 밴드로 덮혀진 맨드렐의 원의 호와 일치하는 각도 만큼 맨드렐을 회전시켜 상기 제2고정 수단 주위에서 철선들을 굴곡시키는 단계와, 상기 제2철선들을 맨드렐에 대한 상기 제1종방향과는 반대되는 방향으로 상기 제1헤드의고정의 고정 수단을 지날때까지 신장시켜 성형되는 관 위에 제2종방향 밴드 형태로 상기 철선들을 적층시키는 단계와, 상기 맨드렐을 제1각과 동일한 각으로 회전시켜 상기 제1헤드의 제1고정 수단 주위에서 상기 철선들을 굴곡시키는 단계와, 성형되는 관의 전체 표면위에 하나 이상의 종방향 철선이 적층될때까지 사익 종방향 철선들의 신장 과정 및 상기 맨드렐의 회전과정을 반복하는 단계와, 상기 종방향 철선들을 절단하여 마지막 고정 수단에 고정시키는 단계와, 맨드렐을 회전시키는 동시에 주연부 철선을 권취시키고 콘크리이트를 사출하여 종방향 철선층이 두개의 권취된 주연부 철선층 사이에 위치되도록 하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통상적인 강과 콘크리이트 관 제작 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성형되는 관의 전체 표면위에 종방향 철선층을 적층시키는 단계를 성형되는 관벽에 종방향으로 적절한 수의 철선층을 적층시킬때까지 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 두개의 주연부 철선층 사이에 상기 종방향 철선층을 적층시키는 단계를 1회 이상 반복하는것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
