Claims (6)
- 산화물 광석로부터 금속의 제조 및/또는 슬래그 생성을 위하여 미세하게 분말화된 산화물을 가급적이면 슬래그 형성제와 함께, 물질이 산소를 함유하는 가스와 더불어 아래에 있는 중간구역으로부터의 일산화탄소 및 수소 가스의 연소에 의해 예열되어 가급적이면 용해되는 상부의 산화구역, 예열되어 가급적이면 용해된 산화물질이 탄화수소를 함유하는 물질 및/또는 탄소질물질을 동시 투입하고 또한 열에너지를 주로 플라즈마 발생기에서 가열된 가스에 의해 공급하여서 최소한 부분적으로 환원되는 슬래그욕조로 이루어진 중간 구역과 환원 공정중 형성된 금속이 가라앉고 그 곳으로부터 슬래그가 탕출구를 통해 간헐적으로 빠져나가는 반응 장치의 저부에 있는 하부 구역의 3구역으로 이루어진 반응 장치안에서 처리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 산화 및 환원구역을 에워싸는 반응장치의 부분이 반응장치의 내부벽에 형성된 결빙 슬래그층의 도움과 함께 내부적으로 바로 접하는 내화물질로 채워진 수냉판넬에 의해 냉각되어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탄화수소를 함유하는 물질 및/또는 탄소질물질이 플라즈마발생기에 의해 가열된 가스가 공급되는 위치에서 공급되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 탄화수소를 함유하는 물질 및/또는 탄소질 물질과 또한 산소를 함유하는 가스가 반응 장치의 하부에서 도입되고, 또한 산소를 함유하는 가스가 슬래그 욕조의 표면위의 위치에서 공급되어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 반응 장치의 상부 산화구역이 최소한 다른 구역으로부터 부분적으로 분리되고 또한 예열된 물질이 상부 구역으로부터 중간구역으로 떨어져 내리는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 고온의 배출가스를 반응장치의 정부로부터 회수시켜서 그것의 최소한 일부가 섬광 용해구역을 형성 시키는 적어도 부분적으로 분리된 상부 구역에서 예열되어 가급적이면 용해시키기 위해 이용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
