Claims (10)
- 20,000의 분자량과 세개이상의 하이드록실기를 갖는 폴리올 또는 그것의 반응유도체를 락트산 또는 그것의 반응유도체와 에스테르화시키며 바람직하게는 이차이상의 하이드록카르복실산 또는 그것의 작용유도체와 에스테르화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 20,000의 분자량과 3개이상의 하이드록실기를 갖는 폴리올을 락트산 또는 락톤 또는 다이머릭 사이클릭 에스테르 형태로 고리개방중합을 촉진하는 촉매의 존재하에 이차이상의 하이드록시 카르복실산과 부가적으로 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 최소한 어느정도의 저분자량 부분을 생산물로부터 제거하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 그 생산물을 막 여과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전술한 실시예중의 어느 하나를 참고로 하는 폴리올 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 약학적 활성화합물을 함유하는 제1항과 2항의 생산물의 데포우 매트릭스 물질.
- 제6항에 있어서, 약학활성제로서 브로모크립틴, 케토티펜 또는 코-데르고크린을 함유하는 데포우 매트릭스 물질.
- 장기간에 걸쳐 활성제를 전부 또는 거의 전부 방출시키며 그 중합체는 활성제가 방출된 후 20일이전에 투여부위로부터 운반되기에 충분히 분해되며, 중합체 매트릭스에 삽입 또는 캡슐화된 약학적 활성제를 함유하는 이식제 또는 마이크로 캡슐의 비경구적 약학적 데포우 제형.
- 제8항에 있어서, 브로모크립틴, 케토티펜 또는 코-데르고크린을 약학적 활성제로 함유하는 조성물.
- 이식제와 마이크로캡슐의 제조를 위해, 약학적 활성제를 그의 용액 또는 분산액의 분무-건조 또는 유화에 의해 제1항에서의 중합체 매트릭스에 삽입 또는 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 데포우 제형의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
