Claims (21)

  1. 통로에 흐르는 유체로 부터 선결된 치수범위의 데브리를 제거하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 사용시 유체통로를 횡단하여 배치되는 제1면과 유체흐름의 방향으로 제1명으로 부터 변위되게 배치되는 제2면을 가지는 필터요소로 구성되며, 상기 제1 및 제2 면은 데브리의 통과를 배제하게 하는 크기의 상기 필터를 통하여 뻗어 있는 유체흐름에 대하여 선결된 저향력을 가지는 다수의 개구의 경계를 하정하는데 협력되며, 상기 제1 면과 구별되는 상기 제2면의 변위는 상기 필터가 유체흐름에 대하여 상기 선결된 저항력을 증가시킴이 없이 유체흐름에 의한 변형에 대하여 충분히 저항하게 하고 상기 필터의 두께의 범위를 한정하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터 요소는 유체통로를 횡단하여 배치되는 본질적으로 평행한 부재들의 제1그루우프와, 상기 제1 그루우프에 접경하여 유체통로를 횡단하여 배치되고 상기 제1 그루우프에 관련하여 일정각도로 정위된 본질적으로 평행한 부재들의 제2 그루우프로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 그루우프의 상기 부재는 본질적으로 평판이며 이점에서 상기 평판표면은 유체흐름방향에 평행하게 정위되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 그루우프의 부재와 상기 제2 그루우프의 부재 사이의 상기 각도는 본질적으로 90℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 그루우프의 상기 각 부재는 상기 제2 그루우프의 상기부재의 특정지점에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 접속은 용접으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 그루우프중의 한 그루우프이 상기 부재는 셰브로 형인 것을 특징으로하는 개방형 필터장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 셰브론형 부재 사이의 간격은 봉형 데브리의 통과를 미리 배제하는 작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 셰브론형 부재는 복합 셰브론형 부재로 대체할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 제1부재를 지나는 개구를 가지는 제1부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 필터의 두께는 상기 부재의 두께를 증가시킴에 의하여 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 제2부재를 지나는 개구를 가지는 제2 부재를 포함하며, 이점에서 상기 제2부재는, 선결된 관계가 상기 제1 및 제2부재의 상기개구 사이에 존재하는 그러한 상기 제1부재에 인접하여 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 유체흐름에 대하여 일정각도로 정위되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 유체통로의 재료와 일치하는 재료로 만들어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기필터는 탄소강을 만들어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 유체통로는 1차 유체통로와 다수의 2차 유체통로로 구성되며 이점에서 상기 개구의 크기는 상기 2차 유체통로의 기능의 범위와 같게 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 유체통로를 횡단하여 배치되는 제1면과, 상기 제1명에 본질적으로 평행하게 배치되고 유체흐름의 방향으로 변위된 제2면을 가지는 환형필터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 다수의 접경 아아크형 부분을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 접경아아크형 부분의 각각은 내부부분과 외부부문으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 인접한 내부부분의 접지부는 인접한 외부부분의 접지부에 관하여 엇갈려 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
  21. 제17항에 있어서, 환형통로는 증기발생기의 환형 강수관을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 필터장치.
