Claims (1)
- 옥수수나 고구마 전분 100부에 대하여 돼지피 등과 같은 동물피 10부를 혼합하고 이에 미량의 L-글루타민산 나트륨과 5'-리보뉴클레오타이드 나트륨을 투입하고 맛을 내기 위한 소금 0.59부를 교반기에 투입하여 교반, 반죽하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 식용 동물피를 이용한 순대용 원착 당면의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
