제6도는 제5도에 도시된 구멍을 그라우팅 조성물로 충진시킨 제4도의 2요소부의 패커에 대한 정면도이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 폴리에테르주지와 -NH, -CONH-, -OCONH-, -NHCONH-로부터 선택된 결합기에 의해 상기 폴리에테르주지와 결합된 올레핀기를 지닌 친수성의 물용해성 프리폴리머 10-50부와, 적어도 하나의 3차아민 촉매의 화학적 유효양과, 물 50-90부를 함유한 제1수용액(A)과; 적어도 하나의 퍼옥시개시제의 화학적 유효양을 함유한 제2수용액(B)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화시 구조물의 누수 및 누출을 막기 위한 경화성의 2성분 그라우팅 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르주지는 약 500-20,000의 수평균분자량을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르주지는 약 500-10,000의 평균 수평균분자량을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르주지는 랜덤한 에틸렌 옥사이드기와 고급알킬렌 옥사이드기를 지니며, 에틸렌 옥사이드기의 고급알킬렌옥사이드기의 비는 1 : 1-4 : 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작용성 올레핀기는 아크릴레이트 및 메타아크릴레이트로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프리폴리머는 히드록실 말단폴리에테르, 적어도 2개의 반응성 이소시아네이트자리를 지닌 이소시아 네이트물질 및 올레핀 물질을 함유한 활성수소와의 반응생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀물질은 히드록시에틸아크릴레이트 또는 히드록시 에틸메타아크릴레이트 또는 이것의 고급알킬 동등물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프리폴리머는 히드록시 말단폴리에테르와 이소시아네이토에틸 메타아크릴레이트와의 반응생성물, 폴리에테르 폴리아민과 아크릴산과의 반응생성물, 폴리에테르 폴리아민과 이소시아네이토에틸 메타아크릴레이트와의 반응생성물, 폴리에테르 폴리아민과 글리시딜 메타아크릴레이트와의 반응생성물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프리폴리머는 하기 구조식을 갖는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
    상기식에서, R1은 폴리에테르폴리올의 활성수소-유리잔기이며, (R2O)a는 랜덤하게 분포된 옥시에틸렌 및 고급옥시알킬렌 단위를 지닌 친수성폴리(옥시알킬렌)사슬이며, ″a″는 폴리(옥시알킬렌)사슬에 존재하는 옥시알킬렌 단위의 수로서, 이 수는 프리폴리머에 물용해도를 부여할만큼 충분해야하며,
    X는 -OCONH-, -NHCONH-, -NHCO-, -NH-로부터 선택된 기이다, R2는 2-4개의 탄소원자를 지닌 저급알킬기이며, R3는 수소, 또는 1-4개의 탄소원자를 지닌 저급알킬기이며, A는 -R4- 및로부터 선택된 2기의 지방족라디칼이며, R4는 1-6개의 탄소원자를 지닌 알킬렌라디칼, 5-10의 탄소원자를 지닌 5 또는 6원시클로알킬렌라디칼, 또는 글리시딜라디칼이며, b는 0 또는 1이며, ″C″는 2-6의 정수이다.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, R3는 수소 또는 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, A는 2-7 탄소원자를 지닌 2가의 카르보닐옥시알킬렌라디칼인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프리폴리머는 아민-말단폴리에테르의 에틸렌성 불포화 이소시아네이트와의 반응생성물 및 아민-말단폴리에테르와 에틸렌성 불포화옥시란과의 반응생성물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  13. 구조물의 누출 및 누수자리에 상기 제1항의 제1 및 제2수용액을 거의 동시에 칠하고, 상기 용액들을 반응시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물로부터 또는 구조물내로 누출 및 누수되는 것을 방지하기 위해 구조물을 밀폐하는 방법.
