제1도는 날개골과 루우트(Root) 부분을 가지는 전형적인 터어빈 블래이드(Blade)의 사시도.
제2도는 응고속도 증가에 기인되는 불균질과 응고되는 동안 용질 리치밴츠(Rich Band)를 도시하는 세 개의 그래프.
제3도는 용광로로부터 제어된 회수에 의한 단결정 성장을 도시하는 개략도.
본 발명은 연소 터어빈을 위한 방향성을 응고된 터어빈 블래이드를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
Claims (3)
- 응고가 날개골 단부에서 단결정 성장 시작을 허용 하기에 필요한 만큼 천천히 일어나도록 제어된 방식으로 냉각 되어지는 용융 금속을 포함하는 주형으로 구성되는 형식의 연소 터어빈을 위한 방향성으로 응고된 터어빈 블래이드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 응고를 감시하는 것과, 대략적으로 루우트 부분의 응고 초기에 남아있는 용융 금속의 자기 혼합을 시작하며, 그때 블래이드의 냉각 속도는 방향성 응고가 일어나는 곳에서 보다 더 빠른 속도로 증가하는 것과, 블래이드는 날개골과 루어트 부분사이의 경계면에서 실질상 불균질 부분이 없이 단결정 날개골 부분과 세립 루우트 부분이 연결되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소터어빈 블래이드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정입계 보강원소는 자기 혼합이 시작 되어지는 시간과 대략적으로 같은 시간에 첨가되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 터어빈 블래이드 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 결정입계 보강 원소는 탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 터어빈 블래이드 제조방법.연소 터어빈을 위한 방향성으로 응고된 터어빈 블래이드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 블래이드는, 실질적으로 도면을 참고하여 예시 하였고, 이전에 서술된 것과 같은 단결정 날개골 부분과 세립 루우트 부분으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 터어빈 블래이드 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
