Claims (13)
- 하기(a)와 (b) 및 임의 성분인 (c)와의 반응생성물로 구성된 약 40% 또는 그 이하의 압축변형율(compression)을 갖고 있는 폴리우레탄 탄성체 조성물; (a) 중합 디올과 화학양론적 과량의 p-테트라메틸크실렌 디이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물로 형성된 말단 반응성이소시아네이트기를 갖고 있는 폴리우레탄 프리폴리며, (b) 디에틸톨루엔디아민, 2,4-비스(p-아미노벤질)아닐린 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 경화 유효량의 경화제, (c) 임의 성분으로 경화제 중량을 기준으로 약 0.01-2중량%의 촉매.
- 하기 (a)와 (b) 및 임의 성분인 (c)와의 반응생성물로 구성된 약 40% 또는 그 이하의 압축변형율을 갖고 있는 폴리우레탄탄성 중합체 조성물; (a) 하기(i)-(iii)으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 중합디올과 화학양론적 과량의 p-테트라메틸크실렌디이소시아네이트와의 반응생성물로 형성된 말단 반응성 이소시아네이트기를 갖고 있는 폴리우레탄프 리폴리머, 여기서 프리폴리며는 프리폴리머 중량을 기준으로 약 2.0-9.0중량%의 이소시아 네이트 함량을 갖는다. (i) 폴리테트라메틸렌 에테르 글리콜; 폴리프로필렌 에테르글리콜; 폴리프로필렌-폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 에테르글리콜 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 폴리에테르; (ii) 폴리에틸렌 아디페이트; 폴리프로필렌 아디페이트; 폴리(에틸렌-프로필렌) 아디페이트; 폴리부틸렌 아디페이트; 폴리헥사메틸렌 아디페이트; 폴리카프로락톤 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 폴리에스테르; (iii) 폴리에테르 디올과 폴리에스테르디올의 양립가능한 혼합물;
- (b)디에틸톨루엔디아민, 2,4-비스(p-아미노벤질) 아닐린 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 화학양론적 양의 약 75-110%의 경화제.
- (c)임의성분으로 경화제 중량을 기준으로 약 0.01-2중량%의 촉매, 상기 촉매는 모노 및 디카복실산, 모노 및 디카복실산의 금속, 염카복실산 무수물 및 3급 아민으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된다.
- 하기 (a)를 (b) 및 (c)와 반응시키는 단계들로 구성된 약 40% 도는 그 이하의 압축변형율을 갖고 있는 폴리우레탄 탄성체를 제조하는 방법. (a) 중합디올과 화학양론적 과량의 p-테트라메틸크실렌 디이소시아네이트와의 반응 생성물로 형성된, 말단 반응성 이소시아네이트기를 갖고 있는 포리우레탄 프리폴리머, (b) 디에틸톨루엔디아민, 2,4-비스(p-아미노벤질) 아닐린 및 그 혼합로로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 경화 유효량의 경화제, (c) 임의 성분으로 경화제 중량을 기준으로 약 0.1-2중량%의 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 중합디올에 대한 p-테트라메틸크실렌디이소시아네이트의 당량비가 약 2:1-5:1, 또는 2.5:1-4.5:1 또는 3.0:1-3.5:1인 탄성중합체 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 디올이 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르 글리콜 또는 폴리에틸렌 아디페이트인 탄성중합체 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 상기 프리폴리머가 프리폴리머 중량을 기준으로 약 4.5-7.0중량%의 이소시사네이트 함량을 갖고 있는 탄성 중합체 또는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 디올이 하기(i)-(iii)으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며, (i) 폴리테트라 메틸렌에테르글리콜; 폴리프로필렌에테르글리콜; 폴리프로필렌-폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 에테르글리콜 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 폴리에테르, (ii) 폴리에틸렌 아디페이트; 폴리프로필렌 아디페이트; 폴리(에틸렌-프로필렌) 아디페이트; 폴리부틸렌 아디페이트; 폴리헥사메틸렌 아디페이트; 폴리카프로락톤; 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 폴리에스테르 및 (iii) 폴리에테르 디올과 폴리에스테르디올과의 양립가능한 혼합물, 상기한 경화제가 화학양론적양의 약 75-110%양으로 존재하는 탄성중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기한 경화제가 디에틸톨루엔 디아민인 탄성중합체 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있이서, 상기한 경화제가 2,4-비스(p-아미노벤질) 아닐린인 탄성중합체 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느한 탄성중합체로 부터 제조된 제품.
