Claims (6)
- (A) 구조식 :의 카바메이트를 구조식 HNR3R4의 아민과 반응시키거나;(B) 구조식 :의 아미노피리다진을 구조식 R4NCO의 이소시아네이트와 반응시키거나, 또는 구조식 R3R4NCOCl의 카바모일 클로라이드와 반응시키거나;(C)구조식 :의 화합물을 구조식 NHR3R4의 아민과 반응시켜서 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R1은 할로, 트리플루오로메틸, C1―C8알킬, C3―C6사이클로 알킬, (C1―C3알킬), C3―C6사이클로알킬, (C1―C3알콕시) C1―C8알킬, 아다만틸, 페녹시,페닐 또는 할로치환 된 페닐이고, R2는 수소, C1―C6알킬 또는 C2―C8알케닐이고, R3및 R4는 독립적으로 C1―C6알킬, C1―C6알콕시, C2―C6알케닐(C1―C6알콕시), C1―C6알킬, 디(C1―C4알콕시) C1―C6알킬, (하이드록시) C1―C6알킬, 페닐, 벤질, (카복시)C1―C6알킬 또는 (C1―C6아실옥시)C1―C6알킬이거나, 또는 R3및 R4가 질소와 함께 결합하여 피페리진, 모르폴린 또는 피롤리딘 기를 형성하며; m은 1―3의 정수이다. 단, R3및 R4중의 적어도 1개는 C1―C6알킬이다.
- 제1항에서, R1는 할로 또는 C1―C4알킬이고, R2는 수소이고; R3및 R4는 독립적으로 C1―C3알킬, C1―C3알콕시, C2―C4알케닐, 하이드록시(C1―C4알킬) 또는 (C1―C6아실옥시) C1―C6알킬이고; m은 1 또는 2인 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, N´―〔6―클로로―5―(1,1―디메틸에틸)―3―피리다지닐〕―N―메톡시―N―메틸우레아를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, N―〔2―(아세틸옥시)에틸)―N´―〔6―클로로―5―(1,1―디메틸에틸)―3―피리다지닐〕―N―메틸우레아를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, N´―〔6―클로로―5―(1,1―디메틸에틸)―3―피리다지닐〕―N―(2―하이드록시에틸)―N―메틸우레아를 제조하는 방법.
