Claims (9)
- 함침법으로써 지르코늄, 세륨, 그리고 적절하다면 이리듐과 로듐을 구성하는 군집에서 적어도 하나의 금속, 철 및 팔라듐으로 구성되는 활성상을 지지체에 석출시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 처리용 다기능 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팔라듐 함량이 0.04∼3w/o 인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 처리용 다기능 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 팔라듐 한량이 0.05∼0.5w/o인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 처리용 다기능 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이리듐과 로듐으로 구성되는 군집중의 금속함량이 0.002∼0.3w/o 인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 처리용 다기능 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 함량이 0.005∼0.1w/o 인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리용 다기능 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세륨과 지르코늄의 함량이 0.1∼10w/o인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 처리용 다기능 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 세륨함량이 0.3∼0.5w/o인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 처리용 다기능 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 지르코늄함량이 0.1∼6w/o인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 처리용 다기능 촉매.
- 상기 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 850℃ 에서 100시간 동안 시효후, 화학흡착된 일산화탄소의 체적이 다음 관계식으로부터 계산된 일산화탄소의 이론 체적에 대해 적어도 60%를 나타내는 것이 특징인 내연기관의 배기가스 처리용 다기능 촉매.(일산화탄소의 흡착 축정에 사용된 시편에 내재하는 백금, 로듐 및 팔라듐의 그램원자수; 백극 P1g, 로듐 P2g, 팔라듄 P3,)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
