Claims (8)

  1. 합성의, 열가소성의 재료로 된 유사연사 조직의 적어도 하나의 필라멘트사로 구성되며 그리고 자연섬유로 되어 있으며 방적기에서 꼬아진 인조섬유사로 구성되고 이실들이 함께 공기 선회 노즐에 공급되며 이 공기 선회 노즐에서 이곳 저곳에서 서로 엉클어지며 여기서 보빈으로부터 끌어내어진 필라멘트사가 공시 선회 노즐로부터 혼합사의 끌어당기는 속도에 관련하여 미리 정해진 초과 이송을 가지고 공기 선회노즐에 공급되는 것과 같은 그러한 혼합사의 제조를 위한 방법에 있어서, 유사연사 조직으로 된 필라멘트사가 보빈으로부터 끌어당겨진 후에 이 필라멘트사가 이완 상태에서 곱슬거림을 야기시키는 초과 이송을 가지고 맨 먼저 곱슬거림 반응화를 위하여 연장되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트사에게 곱슬거림 반응화를 위하여 3내지 10% 만큼의 연장이 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트사는 곱슬거림 반응화를 위하여 0.7내지 2.6cN/dtex 의 인장력으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항의 하나에 있어서, 필라멘트사를 인조섬유사와 취합시키는 경우에 이완상태에서 5내지 10%만큼의 초과 이송에 의하여 곱슬거리게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항의 하나에 있어서, 인조섬유사와 함께 필라멘트사가 이송되는 공기 선회 노즐에 탄성 고분자섬유 예를 들면 포리우레탄사로 된 연장된 보조사가 추가적으로 이송되며 이 보조사는 필라멘트사와 인조섬유사 사이의 엉클어짐 장소에서 마찬가지로 이들 실들과 엉클어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항의 하나에 의한 방법의 실시를 위한 장치에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 유사연사 조직으로된 필라멘트사와 그리고 적어도 하나의 인조섬유사의 보빈(14,17,17′)의 수용을 위한 2개의 보빈울타리(20,20′)와; 그리고 혼합사를 위한 권취장치(11), 이 권치장치의 이전에 연결된 공기 선회노즐(10), 공기선회 노즐(10)에로 필라멘트사의 공급을 위한 첫 번째 송출장치(15)와 그리고 보빈 울타리(20′)로부터 첫 번째 송출장치(15)로 지나가는 필라멘트사를 위한 첫 번째 실제동기(16)과 또 그리고 공기 선회노즐(10)에 인조섬유사의 이송을 위한 두 번째 송출장치(12)로와 그리고 다른 보빈울타리(20)으로부터 두 번째 송출장치(12)로 지나가는 인조 섬유사를 위한 두 번째 실제동기(13)을 포함하고 있으며 보빈울타리(20,20′)바로앞에 배치되어 있는 권취기(21)를 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제5항에 의한 방법으로 제조되었으며 합성의 열가소성 재료로 된 유사연사 조직의 적어도 하나의 필라멘트사와 자연 섬유로 되었으며 방적기에 꼬아진 적어도 하나의 인조 섬유사를 포함하며 이들 실들은 이곳저곳에서 가공시 미끄럼이 방지되게 서로 엉클어져 있으며 그리고 추가적으로 탄성중합체 섬유, 예를 들면 포리우레탄사로 되었으며 엉클어짐 장소들에서 마찬가지로 필라멘트사와 인조 섬유사와 엉클어져 있는 적어도 하나의 보조사를 포함하고 있는 혼합사.
