제3도는 제1도에서 어서의 파워보상회로의 일례 상세회로도.
제4도는 제1도에 있어서의 PWM신호 발생회로의 일례 구성도.

Claims (10)

  1. 교류전동기를 구동하는 것으로서, 반송파신호와 주파수설정신호에 지레한 주파수의 정현파고조파신호를 비교하여 얻어지는 펄스폭변조신호에 의해 제어되는 PWM 인버어터에 있어서, 상기 PWM 인버어터의 직류입력측에 회로는 직류전류의 극성을 검출하고, 이 직류전류이 극성이 상기 반송파신호의 1주기 내에 있어서 교대로 나타나도록 상기 주파수설정신호를 보정하도록 한 것을 특징으로하는 PWM 인버어터의 제어방법.
  2. 상기 주파수설정신호의 보정량은 상기 주파수설정신호의 크기에 비례해서 크게하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 PWM 인버어터의 제어방법.
  3. 상기 주파수설정신호의 보정은 상기 반송파신호의 1주기 이상에 걸쳐서 마이너스의 극성직류전류만 흘렀을 때에는 상기 주파수설정신호를 증가시키며, 상기 반송파신호의 1주기 이상에 걸쳐서 플러스극성의 직류전류만 흘렀을 때에는 상기 주파수설정신호를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 PWM 인버어터의 제어방법.
  4. 상기 주파수설정신호의 보정은 일정한 변화율로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 PWM 인버어터의 제어방법.
  5. 상기 주파수설정신호의 보정량은 상기 PWM 인버어터로 흘러들어가는 직류전류가 상기 반송파신호의 1주기 이상에 걸쳐 플러스의 전류 또는 마이너스의 전류만 흐르고 있는 기간에 비례해서 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 PWM 인버어터의 제어방법.
  6. 교류전동기를 구동하는 PWM 인버어터와, 반송파신호와 주파수 설정신호에 비례한 주파수의 정현파변조파신호를 비교하여 상기 PWM 인버어터를 제어하는 펄스폭변조신호를 출력하는 변조신호발생수단과, 상기 PWM 인버어터의 직류입력측에 흐르는 직류전류의 극성을 판별하는 전류극성판정수단과, 상기 직류전류가 상기 반송파신호의 1주기 이상에 걸쳐서 플러스극성전류만, 또는 마이너스극성전류만 흐르면 진동상태라고 판단하는 상태판별수단과, 상기 상태판별수단이 진동상태라고 판단했을 때에 파워보상신호를 출력하는 파워보상수단과, 상기 파워보상신호에 따라 상기 주파수설정신호를 보정하는 주파수보정수단을 구비한 PWM 인버어터의 제어장치.
  7. 상기 파워보상수단은 회생보상신호를 출력하는 회생보상수단과 역행보상신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 PWM 인버어터의 제어장치.
  8. 상기 주파수수단은 상기 파워보상신호의 크기를 제한하는 리미터회로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 PWM 인버어터의 제어장치.
  9. 상기 파워보상수단은 회생상태와 역행상태의 발생시에 일정한 변화율로 변화하는 파워보상신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 PWM 인버어터의 제어장치.
  10. 상기 주파수보정수단은 상기 리미터회로의 리미터치를, 상기 상태판별신호가 출력하는 상태판별신호의 주기에 비례해서 변화시키는 리미터조정회로를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 8기재의 PWM 인버어터의 제어장치.
