Claims (9)

  1. 도체와, 그 도체 주위에 형성된 열가소성 수지의 절연재로서 구성되며, 상기한 절연재는 적어도 약 0.2-5중량%의 카아본블랙을 함유하고, 상기한 카아본블랙의 비표면적 (m2/g)에 대하여 광유흡수제 (cc/100g)의 비율이 0.7이며, 상기한 카아본블랙은 적어도 0. 6중량%의 수소량을 보유한 직류전력 케이블.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 카아본 블랙은 10 내지 100μm의 입자크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전력 케이블.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 절연층의 전기한 열가소성수지는 적어도 저밀도 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지와 같은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 중합체 (EVA), 에틸렌에틸 아크릴레이트 중합체(EEA), 에틸렌프로필렌 고무(EPR)로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전력 케이블.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 절연층의 전기한 열가소성 수지는 교차결합형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전력 케이블.
  5. 내부 반도체층이 도체위에 형성되고 전기한 절연층이 내부도체위에 형성되며 외장은 외부반도체층에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전력 케이블.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 카아본블랙은 적어도 97중량%의 카아본을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전력 케이블.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 카아본블랙은 아주 검은 카아본이며, 비표면적에 대하여 전기한 오일흡수제의 비율이 적어도 3.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전력 케이블.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 카아본블랙은 SAF 카아본, ISAF 카아본, I-ISAF 카아본, CF 카아본, SCF 카아본과 HAF 카아본중의 하나이며 비표면적에 대하여 전기한 오일흡수제의 비율이 적어도 1.5인것을 특징으로 하는 직류전력 케이블.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 전기한 열가소성수지는 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전력 케이블.
