Claims (5)

  1. 필기체로 입력되는 문자패턴의 스트록크를 검출하는 수단과, 인식대상이 되는 문자 카테고리의 표준 패턴과 이 표준패턴을 형성하는 표준 스트록크의 특징이 등록되어 있는 표준 패턴 기억부, 상기 표준패턴과 입력문자 패턴의 스트록크를 대조부합시켜서 입력문자패턴을 인식처리하게 되어있는 수단 등을 구비하고 있는 필기문자 인식장치에 있어서, 상기 검출수단에서 얻어지는 입력문자 패턴의 각 스트록크 특징을 기억하는 수단과, 상기 표준패턴에 각각 대응하여 구성되는 각 스트록크의 순서정보를 기억하는 스트록크순서 기억부, 상기 스트록크 순서 기억부의 순서정보에 합치되는 입력패턴의 스트록크를 상기 기억수단으로 부터 검색해내는 수단, 상기 검색수단에 의해 검색된 스트록크를 상기 표준 패턴 기억부내의 대응되는 표준스트록크의 순서로 고쳐서 재배열시키는 수단 등을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기문자 인식장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 표준패턴중 표준스트록크에 대응되는 입력패턴의 스트록크가 검색수단에 의해 발견되지 않는 경우에는 인식처리 수단이 해당 표준 패턴과의 대조부합을 실시하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기문자 인식장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 표준패턴 기억부는 각 표준패턴 스트록크를 복수의 서브셋트로 분류하여 기억하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기문자 인식장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 표준패턴과 입력패턴간의 대조부합에 의한 인식처리는 표준패턴과 입력패턴을 맷칭시켜 처리하므로써 구해지는 유사한 정도나 거리를 평가하여서 실시되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 필기문자 인식장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 서브셋트는 인식대상 카테고리의 표준 패턴을 부수(部首)나 형상적 특징에 따라 구획지어서 정하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기문자 인식장치.
