Claims (8)

  1. 실의 노출 표면을 피복하여 기저의 실 색깔을 숨기는 날염 페이스트의 불투명 코팅을 직물의 선택부에 도포하여 실질적으로 불투명하여 기저의 실 색깔에 의해 영향받지 않는 날염부를 갖는 직물의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 날염 페이스트를 불투명 안료 및 유리기 중합 가능한 단량체, 소중합체 및/또는 중합체 단위로된 중합 가능한 결합제로 구성시키고 날염 페이스트가 도포된 직물을 유리기 개시시켜 결합제를 중합하고 경화하여 실에 불투명 코팅을 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 날염 직물의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합 가능한 결합제가 방사선 경화가능한 결합제로 이루어지며 직물을 유리기개시시키기 위한 상기 단계로서 고에너지 방사선을 직물에 조사시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합가능한 결합제가 열로 활성화되는 유리기 개시제로 이루어지며 직물을 유리기 개시시키기 위한 상기 단계로서 직물을 가열하여 상기 유리기 개시제를 활성화시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 날염 페이스트 조성물이 불투명 안료 및 중합가능한 결합제로 구성된 안전한 수성분산액임을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 날염 페이스트 조성물의 고체 함량이 적어도 30중량%임을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 직물에 날염 페이스트를 도포하는 상기 단계가 예비착색된 직물에 날염 페이스트를 도포하는 것으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 예비착색된 직물이 비교적 진한 색깔이며 날염 페이스트는 대조되는 엷은 색깔임을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 날염 직물.
