Claims (21)

  1. (1) 과량의 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리올의 반응으로 제조되며 이소시아네이트기가 옥심과의 반응으로 차단된(blocked) 모든 이소시아네이트 말단의 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머와, (2) 분자당 적어도 2개의 활성수소를 갖는 경화제들로 이루어지는 1-패키지 열경화성 폴리우레탄 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올이 폴리에테르 폴리올인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올이 폴리에테르 디올인 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 디올이 폴리옥시알킬렌디올인 조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올이 폴리에테르 디올과 폴리에테르 트리올의 혼합물인 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 디올이 폴리옥시알킬렌디올이고 상기 폴리에테르트리올이 폴리옥시알킬렌 트리올인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머가 중합체 사슬에 펜던트 에폭시드기(pendant epoxide group)를 가지며, 비스페놀 A디글리시딜 에테르의 디-0-메틸롤 유도체와 폴리올의 혼합물에, 과량의 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 제조되는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올이 폴리에스테르 폴디올인 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 폴리올이 폴리에스테르디올인 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 옥심이 메틸에틸케톡심인 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 옥심이 시클로헥산은 옥심인 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 아민인 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 비스-(P-아미노 시클로헥실)메탄인 조성물.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 2,4-비스(P-아미노벤질)아닐린인 조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가, 무수프탈산, 무수헥사히드로프탈산, 무수말레산 및 무수숙신산으로부터 선택되는 무수물과, 디에틸렌트리아민 및 트리에틸 렌테트라아민으로부터 선택되는 아민의 근사적인 분자등량(equimolecular amounts)을 반응시켜 얻어지는 차단된 폴리아미드 축합생성물인 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 디에틸렌 트리아민이고 상기 무수물이 무수프탈산인 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 폴리올인 조성물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올이 분자당 평균 5-6개의 히드록시기를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올인 조성물.
  19. 탄성체 조성물이 용도에 적합한 적어도 하나의 충전제와 제1항의 조성물로 이루어지는 열경화성 밀봉제(sealant).
  20. 제19항의 열경화성 밀봉제 조성물을 이음매(seam)에 가하고 약 250°F의 온도에서 가열하여 상기 밀봉제를 경화시키는 단계로 이루어지는 이음매의 밀봉방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 이음매가 금속 이음매인 경우의 밀봉방법.
