Claims (2)
- 계산량의 인삼액기스를 40℃-60℃의 물에 1.5-2.0% 정도되게 희석 용해하여 10℃이하에서 24시간 이상 방치(정치)하였다가 0.5이하의 마이크로 휠터로 여과하여 따로하고 이의 상등액에 사과 엑기스를 혼합하여 95℃-98℃에서 20-30분간 가열한 다음 40℃이하로 침적(냉각)하고 다시 10℃이하에서 12시간이상 침적(방치)하였다가 0.3이하의 마이크로 휠터에 여과하여 이 여액에 계산량의 포도당과 물을 배합하여 1-0.5마이크로 휠터로 여과한 후 이를 H.T.S.T 98℃로 가열 충진하는 인삼드링크의 제조방법.
