Claims (17)
- 섬유-섬유간 결합이 거의 없이 서로 기계적으로 얽히거나 뒤섞여 고정된 부직의 합성중합체성 미세섬유로 이루어진 원통형 섬유상 구조물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 섬유화 대로부터 합성 중합체성 물질을 압출시키고, 압출된 중합체성 물질을 회전 맨드릴 및 맨드릴과 동시에 작동하는 회전 성형롤의 방향으로 하나 이상의 가스류로 처리하여 합성 중합체성 미세섬유로 세장화하고; 합성 중합체성 미세섬유를 맨드릴에서 수집하기 전에 섬유-섬유 결합이 거의 제거되도록 섬유가 서로 결합 또는 융착하는 온도 이하로 냉각시켜; 냉각된 미세섬유를 맨드릴 상에서 부직 섬유상 물질로 수집하면서 수집되는 미세섬유의 외표면에 성형롤을 사용하여 압력을 가하여 원통형 구조를 형성시키고; 이때 공정의 변수는 반경 방향으로 측정하여 적어도 대부분이 일정한 공간용적을 갖는 섬유상 물질로 이루어진 원통형 섬유상 구조물이 형성되도록 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전 맨드릴이 왕복 작동함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합성 중합체성 미세섬유의 적어도 대부분이 상기 회전 맨드릴상에 수집되기 전에 상기 성형롤과 접촉함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 섬유화 대에서의 중합체성 물질의 분출속도, 하나이상의 가스류의 속도, 수집된 미세섬유의 의표면에 성형롤에 의해서 가해지는 압력 및 상기 미세섬유에 대한 냉각의 종류 및 양중 하나이상을 변화시켜 거의 일정한 공간용역을 얻음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 공정변수를 반경방향으로 측정하여 적어도 한부분 이상에서 섬유직경이 변화된 구조를 갖는 섬유상 물질로 이루어진 원통형 섬유상 구조물이 형성되도록 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 중합체성 미세섬유가 열가소성이며, 섬유상 물질의 공간용적은 약 64% 내지 약 93% 범위이고, 미세섬유의 직경은 약 1.5μm 내지 약 20μm 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 열가소성 물질이 폴리프로필렌이며, 공간용적은 약 75% 내지 약 85%범위이고, 미세섬유의 직경은 약 1.9μm내지 약 12.6μm 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 2항, 6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 미세섬유의 적어도 한부분이 회전 맨드릴 상에 수집되기 전에, 성형롤과 동시에 작동하는 보조수집 부재와 접촉함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 회전 맨드릴, 맨드릴과 동시에 작동하는 회전 성형롤, 섬유화 대, 및 섬유화대에 중합체성 물질을 공급하는 장치로 구성된, 부직의 합성 중합체성 미세섬유의 섬유상 물질로 이루어진 원통형 필터 구조물을 제조하는 장치에 있어서, 성형롤 및 회전 맨드릴과 동시에 작동하는 보조수집 장치에 의해 성형롤 또는 회전 맨드릴을 벗어난 적어도 일부의 섬유가 수집 부재상에 수집된 후 성형롤로 이동되며, 계속해서 회전, 왕복 맨드릴로 이동됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 섬유-섬유간 결합이 거의 없고, 서로 기계적으로 얽히거나 뒤섞여 고정된 부직의 합성 중합체성 미세섬유의 섬유상 물질로 이루어지며, 이 섬유상 물질은 반경 방향으로 측정하여 적어도 대부분에 걸쳐 일정한 공간용적을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 원통형 섬유상 구조물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 섬유상 물질의 공간용적이 약 64% 내지 약 93%범위이며, 미세섬유의 직경은 약 1.5μm 내지 약 20μm 범위임을 특징으로 하는 원통형 섬유상 구조물.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 부직의 합성 중합체성 미세섬유가 폴리올레핀, 폴리아마이드 및 폴리에스테르로 구성된 부류에서 선택된 열가소성 물질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 원통형 섬유상 구조물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 중합체성 미세섬유가 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지며, 섬유상 물질의 공간용적은 약 75% 내지 약 85% 범위이고, 미세섬유의 직경은 약 1.9μm 내지 약 12μm 범위임을 특징으로 하는 원통형 섬유상 구조물.
- 제10항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 섬유상 물질이 반경 방향으로 측정하여 적어도 한부분 이상에서 섬유직경이 변화된 구조를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 원통형 섬유상 구조물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 원통형 섬유상 구조물의 수도모나스 디미누타(Pseudomonas diminuta)에 대한 제거효율이 약 75% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 원통형 섬유상 구조물.
- 제14항에 잇어서, 원통형 섬유상 구조물의 수도모나스 디미누타에 대한 제거효율이 약 99.9% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 원통형 섬유상 구조물.
- 제10항 내지 제16항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 부직의 합성 중합체성 미세섬유의 섬유상 물질의 내부에 개방되고 비교적 견고한 중앙 지지부재가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 원통형 섬유상 구조물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
