Claims (6)
- 제조시에 변화되지 않는 긴 외형을 갖는 동일한 물체를 처리하기 위한 적어도 하나의 작업부를 따라 설치된 다수의 작업대로 구성되고, 작업부를 따라 이동가능한 동시에 미리 설정된 다수의 물체를 동시에 파지 및 이송 그리고 안착시키기 위한 수단을 갖는 고가 이송장치와, 이송장치에 의해 상기 물체를 안착 시키기 위한 상류 작업대와, 상기 이송장치에 의해 상기 물체를 파지하기 위힌 하류작업대와, 각 작업대로 부터 이송장치의 작업을 완전히 분리할 수 있도록 상류 작업대에서는 다수의 물체 전체를 파지하고 작업대에서는 물체를 하나하나 위치시키고 하류작업대에서는 물체 전체를 안착시키도록 구성된 콘베이어 수단을 갖는 상기 작업대의 각각에 위치힌 중간 파지 및 저장장치를 구비한 취급장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조설비.
- 원자력 연료요소의쉬스를 그 제조시에 이를 통해 이동시키는 동시에 적어도 하나의 작업부를 따라 설치된 다수의 고정작업대와 취급장치로 구성되고, 취급장치가, 작업부를 따라 이동 가능한 동시에 미리 설정된 수의 쉬스를 수평층으로 파지 및 이송 그리고 안착시키기 위한 수단을 구비한 고가 이송장치와, 이송장치에의해 다수의 쉬스를 안착시키도록 수용하는 상류 작업대와, 상기 이송장치에 의해 다수의 쉬스의 층을 파지하도록 수용하는 하류작업대와, 각 작업대로부터 이송장치의 작업을 완전히 분리할 수 있도록 상류 작업대에서는 쉬스의 층을 전체적으로 파지하고 작업대에서는 쉬스를 하나하나 위치시키고 하류작업대에서는 쉬스전체를 안착시킬 수 있는 콘베이어 수단으로 구성된 설비.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각 중간 저장장치가 벨트의 간격피치와 같은 피치의 노치 또는 홈을 갖는 여러개의 평행 순확벨트를 구비한 콘베이어로 구성되고, 상기 콘베이어가 쉬스 또는 연료로드를 지지하기 위한 콘베이어 위의 높은 위치와 쉬스 또는 연료로드를 콘베이어 상에 안착시키는 낮은 위치를 취할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 설비.
- 제3항에 있어서, 이송장치가, 상기 층안의 모든 쉬스를 동시에파지하기 위하여 쉬스사이에 삽입가능한 키이로 구성된 수직이동 가능한 기중기 비임과 함께 작업부를 따라 이동되는 고가 크레인을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 설비.
- 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 두개의 평행한 작업부로 구성되고, 일련의 연료로드를 한꺼번에 한 작업부로부터 다른 작업부로 이송시키기 위한 횡단장치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작업부의 각 측면에 위치한 연료로들상에서 작동되는 장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 설비.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
