제2도는 관감합구에 다른 관웅형(雄型) 단부를 도입하기 전에 본 발명의 밀봉 팩킹을 배치한 상태를 나타낸 축방향 부분 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명의 밀봉팩킹을 장착한 감합구에 웅형단부를 도입한 제1단계를 도시한 제2도와 같은 축발향 분부 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 원통형 또는 내측원추형 표대에 대하여 개방상의 원추형 외측표면을 갖는 직경방향 압축형 밀봉본체와, 팩킹의 최소내경에 대응하는 큰 저변과 작은 저변을 갖는 거의 대형상인 자오선 방향단면의 밀봉본체에 대하여 직경 방향 외측에 돌출한 감합구 고정용 환상 결속구를 가지고 이루어진 원심분리 주형 주조에의 한 감입형 주철관용 환상 밀봉 팩킹에 있어서, 본체의 대형상 단면의 작은 저변의 측에 배치된 고정 결속구가, 내측 원추형 표면에 대하여 직경 방향 내측에 돌출한 대형상 자오선 방향 단면의 압축상 각부를 넣어서 팩킹의 내측표면으로 향하여 직경 방향으로 신연하고 있고, 상기 각부에 환상 구부를 넣어서 본체의 내측 원추형 표면에 연결되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 팩킹.
  2. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 본체의 대형상 단면의 큰 저변이, 외측 표면에서 내측표면으로 향하여 횡단면돌기 및 평탄면으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 돌기가 횡단면에 대향하여 돌출되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 밀봉팩킹.
  3. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 대형상 단면의 큰 저변을 갖는 각부의 축방향폭이 환상 결속구의 축방향 폭과 같음을 특징으로 하는 밀봉팩킹.
  4. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 팩킹의 외측 표면에 대한 결속구의 직경 방향돌기의 높이가 구부의 요입부 위치에서의 밀봉 팩킹의 직경 방향 최소 두께의 다수중 하나임을 특징으로 하는 밀봉팩킹.
  5. 청구범위 1에 있어서 내측 원추형 표면이, 원형 능부에서 원추형 표면과 교차한 내측 원통형 표면에, 연결되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 밀봉팩킹.
  6. 청구범위 5에 있어서, 원형 능부의 직경이 각부의 최소 직경보다도 작음을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 팩킹.
  7. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 밀봉 팩킹 본체의 대형상 단면의 큰 저변이, 내측 표면에 입접한 내측 원추형표면과 횡단 평탄면에 의하여 형성된 단면 톱니상의 작은 삼각형 순상부를 본체의 내측 표면의 측에 가짐을 특징으로 하는 밀봉팩킹.
  8. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 한쪽 주철관의 웅형 단부와 다른쪽 주철관의 감합구의 밀봉 계수용 밀봉 팩킹에 있어서, 사용중 한쪽 관의 웅형 단부에 대하여 직경 방향으로 압축된 각부를 넣어서 감합구의 대응하는 구부의 저부에 결속구를 압접하고, 한쪽 관의 웅형단부와 다른쪽 관의 감합구와의 사이에서 본체를 직경방향으로 압축하고, 각부를 본체와의 사이의 환상구부 일부에 수용함을 특징으로 하는 밀봉팩킹.
