Claims (6)

  1. a) 하기 일반식(II)의 아실할라이드를 필요하다면 용매 또는 희석제중에서 및 필요하면 산 결합제의 존재하에 하기 일반식(III)의 옥심과 반응시키거나, b) 하기 일반식(IV)의 아실무수물을, 필요하다면 용매 또는 희석제중에서 일반식(III)의 옥심과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)의 트리클로로아크릴로일 옥심유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서,
    R1은 수소, 저급알킬기, 페닐기 또는 2-피리딜기이고, R2는 적어도 하나의 헤테로 원자를 가지는 임의로메틸치환된 모노사이클 헤테로사이클기를 나타내며 Hal은 할로겐원자를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R2가 환중에 적어도 하나의 산소, 황 또는 질소원자를 가지는 임의로 메틸치환된 모노사이클 헤테로사이클 라디칼인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1은 수소, 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필, 이소-프로필, n-, 이소-, 2급-, 또는 3급-부틸; 페닐 또는 2-피리딜이고, R2는 임의로 메틸치환된 피리딜, 티에닐, 푸릴, 모르폴리닐 또는 피페리디닐 라디칼인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식의 티오펜-3-알데하이드옥심 트리클로로 아크릴레이트인 에스테르를 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식의 피리딘-3-알데하이드옥심 트리클로로 아크릴레이트인 에스테르를 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식의 메틸-4-피리딜케톤옥심 트리클로로 아크릴레이트인 에스테르를 제조하는 방법.
