Claims (1)
- 비누액 주입구를 갖는 하부몰드의 주입구 외의 개구면을 뚜껑으로 덮고 주입구를 위쪽으로 하여 주입구로 하부몰드 내부에 가열 용융한 투명비누액을 충전한 후 냉각, 고화한 다음, 상기 하부 몰드의 개구면을 위쪽으로 하여 뚜껑을 제거하고 하부몰드 내의 고화된 투명비누 위의 건조된 비누 조형물을 고정시킨 후, 비누액 주입구를 갖는 상부몰드를 하부몰드에 결합시켜 상부몰드의 주입구로 조형물을 고정시킨 비누위의 상부몰드 내부에 가열 용융한 투명비누액을 충전한 다음, 상부 몰드내의 비누액을 냉각, 고화하여 상하부 몰드내의 비누를 일체화시키고 일체화한 비누를 상하부 몰드로 부터 빼내어 건조시킨 후 타형하여 성형하는 비누제 조형물을 내포하는 비누의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
