Claims (13)

  1. 디스크를 고정된 수평위치에 놓고, 열경화 가능한 단량체함유 액상도포물 조성물을 상기 디스크상부에 배치된 도포기에 의하여 디스크 표면상에 적용하되 디스크 표면과 평행하게 상기 도포기를 동일간격으로 순차 이동시키면서 도포물 조성물을 적용하고, 상기 액상도포물이 디스크표면을 가로질러 완전히 분포되도록 방치한 후 평평해진 도포층을 복사열에 의하여 경화시켜서 얇고 광학적으로 투명한 중합체 보호막을 티스크위에 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는, 정보디스크용 중합체 보호막의 제조공정.
  2. 조성물의 단량체가 트리프로필렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트인 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공정.
  3. 조성물의 단량체가 테트라에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트인, 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공정.
  4. 조성물의 단량체가 네오펜틸 글리콜 디아크릴레이트인 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공정.
  5. 조성물의 단량체가 에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트인, 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공정.
  6. 조성물의 단량체가 디에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트인, 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공정.
  7. 조성물의 단량체가 디에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트인 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공정.
  8. 조성물의 단량체가 양이온성 고리열림에 의하여 중합가능한 에폭시 단량체인, 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공정.
  9. 도포기가 외향 와선식으로 이동적용되는, 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공정.
  10. 도포기와 디스크 표면과의 거리가 25cm이하로 유지되는, 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공정.
  11. 복사열원이 자외복사선인, 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공정.
  12. 액상단량체의 점성도가 약 5-500c.p.인, 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공정.
  13. 단량체가 네오펜틸 클리콜디(베타-아크릴옥시프로피온산)인, 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공정.
