Claims (3)

  1. (a) 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 3-사이클로알킬-1-(1,3-디옥산-5-일)-2-할로게노-케톤을 적절하게는 희석제의 존재하에 그리고 적절하게는 산결합제의 존재하에 트리아졸과 반응시키거나,
    (b) 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 1-(1,3-디옥산-5-일)-2-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)에탄-1-온을 적절하게는 희석제의 존재하에 그리고 적절하게는 산결합제의 존재하여 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 사이클로알킬-메틸할라이드와 반응시키거나,
    (c) 공정(a) 또는 (b)에 의해 수득할 수 있는 다음 일반식(Ⅰa)의 3-사이클로알킬-1-(1,3-디옥산-5-일)-2-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-프로판-1-온을 환원시켜서 일반식(Ⅰb)의 3-사이클로알킬-1-(1,3-디옥산-5-일)-2-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-프로판-1-온을 수득하며, 필요시 수득한 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물에 산 또는 금속염을 가함을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 3-사이클로알킬-1-(1,3-디옥산-5-일)-2-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-프로판-1-온 및 -프로판-1-올, 그의 산부가염 및 금속착염의 제조방법.

    R1은 임의로 치환된 사이클로 알킬을 나타내고,
    R2및 R3는 수소 또는 알킬을 나타내며,
    X는또는그룹을 나타내고, Hal 및 Hal'은 할로겐을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 탄소수 3 내지 9개를 가지며, 4개까지의 탄소원자를 갖는 동일한 또는 상이한 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬라디칼에 의해 임의로 일치환 또는 다중치환된 사이클로알킬을 나타내고, R2및 R3는 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 4개까지의 탄소원자를 갖는 적쇄 또는 알킬라디칼이고, X가또는그룹을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 사이클로프로필, 사이클로펜틸, 사이클로 헥실 또는 사이클로헵틸을 나타내며, 그 각자는 동일한 또는 상이한 메틸, 에틸, n- 또는 i-프로필 또는 n-, i-, s-, 또는 t-부틸라디칼에 의해 임의로 일, 이중, 또는 삼중치환되고, R2및 R3는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 메틸, 에틸, i-프로필 또는 t-부틸을 나타내며, X가 -CO- 또는 -CH(OH)- 그룹을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 제조방법.
