Claims (21)
- 반응활성제로서 유효한 금속철을 제공하는 물질과 포스포릴기를 가지는 포스포러스(V) 화합물로 된 반응촉진제 존재하에 텔로겐과 탁소겐과의 반응으로 구성된 탁소겐 및 탁소겐과 반응성이 있는 텔로겐 모노첨가 생성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탁소겐은 올레핀이라는 것.
- 제2항에 있어서, 올레핀은 탄화수소라는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 텔로겐은 알킬할라이드인 것.
- 제4항에 있어서, 알킬할라이드는 트리할로 메틸기나 터미날할로 메틸기라는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 텔로겐은 카본테트라할라이드나 할로포름으로 구성된 기로부터 선택된다는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포스포러스화합물을 포스페이트에스테르포스포러스펜톡사이드, 포스포릴 할라이드로 구성된 기와 다음의 구조식을 가지는 포스포릴화합물로부터선택된다는 것. " T-1 " 여기에서 R7은 치환되거나 또는 치환되지 않은 하이드로 카빌기이며, R8과 R9은 하이드록시, 알콕시, 아릴옥시와 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 하이드록 카빌로 구성된 것들로부터 관계없이 선택할 수 있다는 것.
- 제7항에 있어서, 포스포러스화합물은 알킬포스페이트와 알킬포스포네이트로 구성된 것들로부터 선택된다는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속철을 제공하는 물질은 탄소강, 주철과 연철(wrought iron)로부터 선택된다는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속철을 제공하는 물질은 연강(mild steel)이라는 것.
- 텔로겐과, 포스포릴기로 구성되고 텔로겐과 양립할 수 있는 포스포러스(V) 화합물을 포함하는 반응촉진제로 구성된 액체상과 반응활성제로 유용한 금속을 제공하는 물질과 상기 액체상이 접촉하는 반응계에서 텔로겐과 올레핀을 반응시킴으로써 고분자 단쇄중합 생성물의 형성을 결과적으로 제거할 수 있는 탁소겐과 텔로겐의 모노첨가 생생물의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 반응계는 금속을 제공하는 물질과 접촉하는 포스포러스(V) 화합물과 텔로겐으로 된 액체상으로 구성한 후 여기에 올레핀을 도입시켜 텔로겐과 반응시킴으로서 얻어진다는 것.
- 제12항에 있어서, 제2철염을 반응이 개시되기 전에 액체상에 용해시킨다는 것.
- 제13항에 있어서, 텔로겐과 반응촉진제 존재하에 금속철을 제공하는 물질을 가열시켜 올레핀이 도입되기 전에 제2철염을 제조한다는 것.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제2철염은 실질적으로 무수물이라는 것.
- 제13항에 있어서, 포스포러스(V) 화합물은 제2철염에 대하여 처음부터 과잉몰 존재한다는 것.
- 제16항에 있어서, 액체혼합물은 카본테트라할라이드, 포스포러스(V) 화합물과 염화 제2철로 제조하고, 이 액체 혼합물에 에틸렌과 프로필렌으로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 올레핀으로 된 가스를 도입하고, 올레핀을 금속철을 제공하는 물질의 존재하에서 카본테트라할라이드와 반응시켜 모노첨가 생성물을 제조한다는 것.
- 제17항에 있어서, 올레핀은 에틸렌과 1,1,1,3-테트라 할로프로판으로 구성된 모노첨가 생성물로 구성된다는 것.
- 제17항에 있어서, 액체 혼합물은 사염화탄소, 포스포러스 화합물과 무수염화 제2철을 혼합함으로써 얻어진다는 것.
- 제17항에 있어서, 올레핀은 에틸렌과 사염화탄소로 된 텔로겐 이라는 것.
- 제17항에 있어서, 무수 제2철염은 액체상에 용해된다는 것.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
