Claims (9)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 하이드로탈시트상 결정구조를 갖는 화합물을 수용액 매질중에서 약 100내지 200℃의 온도로 열처리하여 형성된 수열처리 생성물의 헤모글로빈과 세륨철분 수준중의 하나 이상을 증가시키는, 유효량(1)과 약학적으로 허용가능한 희석제 또는 담체(2)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 헤모글로빈과 세륨철분 수준중의 하나 이상을 증가시키는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)는 화합물이 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)′로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1또는 2항에 있어서, x는 2.5≤x〈8로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(Ⅰ)의 함량이 조성물의 전체 무개에 대해 약 30내지 95%임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 하이드로탈시드상 결정구조를 갖는 화합물을 수용액 매질중에서 약100내지 200℃의 온도로 열처리하여 형성된 수열처리 생성물의 헤모글로빈과 세륨철분중의 하나 이상을 증가시키는 유효량을 경구에 투여함을 특징으로 하는 헤모글로빈과 세륨철분 수준의 하나 이상을 증가시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)′로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, 수열처리된 생성물의 이른 1인당 1일 복용량이 약 50내지 2,000㎎임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, 빈혈증 환자를 치료함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 수용성2가의 철염수용성 또는 수용성 2가의 철염과 수용성 마그네슘 화합물 수용액(a)과 수용성 알루미늄 화합물 수용액 또는 수용성 알루미늄 화합물과 수용성 3가의 철염 수용액(b)을 알카리성 PH 예를 들면, 약 6 이상, 바람직하기로는 약 8내지 12에서,n가의 음이온 An-을 형성할 수 있는 화합물의 존재 또는 부재중에서, 바람직하기로는 산화방지 대기중에서(c) 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 하이드로탈시트상 결정구조를 갖는 화합물을 형성하고(1), 생성된 일반식(1)의 화합물을 수용액 매질 중에서 약100내지 200℃의 온도로 수열처리(2)함을 특징으로 하는 철분 부족증 치료에 유용한 수열처리 생성물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
