Claims (9)

  1. 인접좌석의 승객 어깨높이 상방에서 차체내부에 설치된 수직트랙(10)과, 트랙(10)에 설치된 가동체(40)와, 가동체(40)에 고정되어 있으며 안전밸트쇠를 수용하는 슬로트가 형성되어 안내부재(56),와 견부(68)를 갖추고 있는 결쇠부재 (62,100,120)와, 트랙(10)상의 어는 한 쌍의 노치(24,26,30)와 접속한 견부(68)를 밑첨으로서 트랙(10)을 따른 가동체(40)의 운동을 억제하는 탄성수단(46)과, 노치(24,26,28,30)로 부터 견부(68)가 벗어나는 것을 방지하기 위한 저지수단(78,104,130) 및 수동식 이탈수단(82,108,122)으로 구성된 것으로서 수동식 이탈수단(82,108,122)이 작동하여 저지수단(78,104,130)을 억제 및 노치로 부터 견부를 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절식 안전벨트 고정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 걸쇠부재(62,100.120)는 L형으로서 회전설치수단 둘레의 한쪽 다리의 구멍이 회전설치수단의 견부에 접속되는 동시에 트랙(10)을 통과하고 있는 다른쪽 다리는 견부(68)을 갖추고 있으며, 트랙(10)으로 부터 상기 첫번째 다리를 밀쳐내기 위한 탄성수단이 배치되어 있는 조절식 안전벨트 고정장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이탈수단(82,108)은 가동체(40)에 대해 걸쇠부재(62,100,120)가 탄성적으로 편위되는 것과 같은 방향으로 걸쇠부재(62,100)로 부터 탄성편위되는 밀개로 구성되며, 밀개(82,100)는 밀개 (82,108)가 걸쇠부재(62,100)와 접촉하여 움직일 때 저지수단(78,104)의 기능을 무력하게 하는 캠(90,110)을 갖추고 있고, 밀개를 계속 누르면 견부(68)를 노치 (24,26,28,30)로 부터 분리시키는 결쇠부재(62,100,120)의 운동이 야기시키는 조절식 안전벨트 고정장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 저지수단이 가동체(40)의 안내개구(76)에서 걸쇠부재(62)의 돌기부(80) 밑에 접촉한 위치와 돌기부(80)에서 이탈된 위치 사이를 길이방향으로 움직이는가로봉(78)으로 구성되며, 밀개(82)의 경사슬로트(90)가 상기 두번째 위치로 가로봉(78)을 변위시키는 조절식 안전벨트 고정장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 저지수단이 가동체로 부터 걸쇠부재(100)와 밀개(108)의 운동방향으로 돌출하여 밀개의 캠(110)에 접촉한 탄성버팀내(104)로 구성되며, 상기 버팀대(104)는 걸쇠부재(100)의 대응견부 아래에 접속하는 좁은 끝부분(106)을 갖추고 있는 조절식 안전벨트 장치.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수동식 이탈수단(122)이 견부(130)가 걸쇠부재(120)의 돌기부(132)와 접속하여 제1위치로 부터 걸쇠부재(120)의 운동을 억제하는 제1위치와. 견부(130)가 돌기부(132)로 부터 분리되고 작동캠(134)이 걸쇠부재(120)와 접속된 중가위치와, 작동캠(134)이 걸쇠부재(120)를 제2위치에 이동시킨 제2위치 사이를 운동할 수 있도록 선회설치되어 있는 조절식 안전벨트 고정장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수동식 이탈수단(122)이 스텁축(124)에 선회설치 및 그 축을 중심으로 균형을 이루고 있어 축방가속에 영향을 받지 않는 조절식 안전벨트 고정장치.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 걸쇠부재(120)의 돌기부 및 견부(130)의 구조는 수동식 이탈수단(122)이 제1위치에 있을 때 걸쇠부재(120)가 제2위치를 향해 움직일려는 경향이 있어 중간위로 향한 수동식 이탈수단(122)의 움직임을 제지하도록 된 조절식 안전벨트 고정장치.
  9. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안재부재(56)가 가동체(40)에 선회설치되어 수평축을 중심으로 각운동할 수 있는 조절식 안전벨트 고정장치.
