제3도는 작업자가 축부에서 코아를 충전하는 위치에 있는 취급장치를 보인 정면도.
Claims (7)
- 원심주조기에 지지된 잭의 작용하에 수평방향 축의 주위를 요동가능하게 하여 원심주조기의 단부에 장착되고, 잭에 의한 요동시에 주조기의 원심주조용 주형에 코아를 도입하도록 구성된 코아파지 및 지지수단을 수용하는 지지체로 구성된 감합식 주철관의 원심주조기용 감합부 코아 취급 및 배치장치에 있어서, 코아 파지 및 지지수단이 제어잭의 작용하에 전기 축에 수직인 회전축의 주위를 회동가능하게 지지체에 장착되어 있고, 코아파지 및 지지수단은 일반면이 수직인 회동축에 대하여 항상 에각으로 경사져 지지체의 수직축에 직접 첩착된 관상부재로 구성되며, 상기 예각은 작업자 팔높이의 원심주조기의 측면에 코아파지수단이 형성되어 관상부재와 지지체의 하강시에 상측으로 개방되는 감합식 주철관의 원심주조기용 감합부코아의 취급 및 배치장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 관상부재는 이 관상부재가 회동축에 대하여 예각의 경사각을 이루므로서 코아를 수용함에 있어 작업자에 대하여 악보대형으로 배치된 지지체의 요동축에 가까운 저어널과, 수직축에 수직인 편의 암을 구비하고 상기 저어널의 고정위치에 대하여 반경방향으로 대향된 위치에 고정된 관상부재를 갖는 요동축으로부터 멀리 떨어져 있는 저어널로 구성되어 저어널을 통하여 수직축의 주위에 첩착된바의 장치.
- 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 코아파지 및 지지수단의 관상부재의 회전제어용 잭이 요동지지체에 연결된 까치밭에 장착되어 있고, 잭의 축부는 요동축 가까이의 저어널근방에 위치하여 관상부재의 상부에 고정된 커어버에 첩착되는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 코아까지 및 지지수단의 관상부재의 지지체가 관상부재를 수직축의 주위에서 회동될 수 있도록 저어널의 축수가 대향단부에 구성된 두개의 지상부를 갖는 연장부재로 구성된 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 지지체에 연결되어 있는 지지체의 회전저어널이 주조기에 연결된 지지체의 축수너트에 계합된 저어널의 단부에 동축상의 볼트를 포함하는 볼트-너트 시스템으로 구성되고, 주조기에 대하여 축의 횡방향위치를 조정하기 위한 수단을 구비하며, 볼트의 단부는 축의 단부에 감입되고 축과 병진연결되어 있고, 이의 조정 볼트는 축수-너트에 첩착되어 있으며, 회전운동에 의하여 축을 축에 연하여 이동되게 하는 동시에 요동지지체를 축의 축수사이에서 이동되도록 하는 제어핸들을 구비한 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 2항 또는 4항에 있어서, 요동축에 가까운 축수가 관상부재의 위치를 조정할 수 있는 조작핸들을 구비한 조정볼트의 수용용 너트로 형성되어 있고, 볼트-너트 운동에 의하여 축을 따라 조정볼트에 병진연결되는 바의 장치.
