Claims (8)

  1. a) 하기 일반식(II)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(III)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, 또는 b) 치환분 R4중 적어도 하나가 아미노, 하이드록시 또는 탄소원자를 1-6개 함유하는 직쇄나 분지쇄 알킬 아미노기이며 나머지 치환분이 하기 정의되는 바와 같은 경우 치환분 R4중 적어도 하나가 각기 나트로, 벤질옥시 또는N-벤질옥시카보닐-N-알킬아미노기(여기서 알킬아미노 부분은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄로서 1-6개의 탄소원자를 함유한다)를 나타내며 나머지 치환분들이 하기 정의되는 바와 같은 일반식(I)의 상응하는 화합물을 전환시키는 것으로 구성된 하기 일반식(I)의 피리딜아미노에텐 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식물에서, R1은 비치환되었거나 하나나 그 이상의 치환분 R4에 의해 치환된 피리딜기이며(여기서 치환분 R4는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로 각기 할로겐원자 또는 아미노, 카복시, 시아노, 니트로, 하이드록시, 포르밀, 트리플루오로메틸, 아릴, 아릴옥시, 아릴티오, 벤질옥시카보닐, 아미노, 설파모일, 테트라졸-5-일, 카바모일, 티오카바오일, 아릴카바모일 또는 아로일기이거나 또는 C1-6의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬기이거나 또는 알킬부분에 탄소원자 1-6개가 함유되어 있는 직쇄-또는 분지쇄-알콕시, 알킬티오, 알킬설포닐, 알킬아미노, 알킬설파모일, 또는 아릴알킬기이거나 또는 탄소원자 2-6개를 함유하는 직쇄-또는 분지쇄-알카노일, 알콕시카보닐, 알콕시카보닐아미노, 알킬카바모일 또는 알카노일아미노기이거나 또는N-벤질옥시카보닐-N-알킬아미노(여기서 알킬아미노부분은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄로서 1-6개의 탄소원자를 함유한다)이거나 또는 디알킬설파모일, 디알킬 아미노 또는 디알킬카바모일기(여기서, 알킬부분은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄로서 각기 1-6개의 탄소원자를 함유하며 함께 고리를 형성할 수 있다)이며; R2및 R3는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로 각기 비치환되거나 상기 정의된 하나 또는 그 이상의 치환분 R4에 의해 치환된 페닐기를 나타내며 R5는 C1-5알킬기를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 얻어진 피리딜아미노에텐 유도체가 R1이 비치환되었거나 하나 또는 그 이상의 치환분 R4에 의해 치환된 피리딜기를 나타내며 R2와 R3가 각기 비치환되었거나 하나 또는 그 이상의 치환분 R4에 의해 치환된 페닐기를 나타내며 R4가 아릴옥시, 아릴티오, 티오카바모일 및 아릴알킬기를 제외한 상기 제1항에서 정의된 바와같은 것을 나타내는 일반식(I)의 화합물인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 얻어진 피리딜아미노에텐유도체가 R1이 비치환되었거나 하나의 치환분 R4에 의해 치환된 피리딜기를 나타내는 일반식(I)의 화합물인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 얻어진 피리딜아미노에텐유도체가 R1이 비치환되었거나 치환된 피리드-2-일기를 나타내는 일반식(I)의 화합물인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 얻어진 피리딜아미노에텐유도체가 R4가 헬로겐원자, 아미노, 시아노, 니트로, 트리플루오로메틸아릴, 아릴, 아릴티오, 설파모일, 카바모일, 티오카바모일, 아릴카바모일, 아릴, 카바모일, 알킬, 알킬설파모일, 아릴알킬, 알콕시카보닐, 알킬카바모일, 디알킬설파모일, 디알킬아미노 및 디알킬카바모일기로부터 선택되는 일반식(I)의 화합물인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 얻어진 피리딜 아미노에텐 유도체가 R2및 R3가 동일 또는 상이한 것으로 비치환 된 페닐 또는 할로겐원자나, 알킬, 알콕시, 니트로 또는 트리플루오로멜틸기에 의해 치환된 페닐을 나타내는 일반식(I)의 화합물인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 할로겐이 염소이며, 알킬기가 메틸이며, 알콕시기가 메톡시인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서 얻어진 일반식(I)의 피리딜아미노에텐유도체가, 1,1,-비스(페닐설포닐-2-(5-브로모피리드-2-일아미노)에텐, 1,1,-비스(페닐설포닐-2-(피리드-2-일아미노)에텐, 1,1,-비스(페닐설포닐-2-(5-시아노피리드-2-알아미노)에텐, 1,1,-비스(페닐설포닐)-2-(5-요도피리드-2-일아미노)에텐, 1,1,-비스(페닐설포닐-2-(5-시아노피리드-2-일아미노)에텐, 2-(5-비스(페닐설포닐-2-(5-카바모일피리드-3-알아미노)에텐, 2-(5-아미노피리드-2-일아미노)-1,1-비스(페닐설포닐)에텐, 2-(5-브로모피리드-2-일아미노)-1,1-비스(메톡시페닐설포닐)에텐, 2-(5-브로모피리드-2-일아미노)-1-(4-클로로페닐설포닐)-1-페닐설포닐에텐, 2-(5-브로모피리드-2-일아미노)-1-(4-메톡시페닐설포닐)-1-페닐설포닐에텐, 2-(5-N,N-디에틸설파모일피리드-2-일 아미노)-1,1-비스(페닐설포닐)에텐 또는 1,1-비스(4-클로로페닐설포닐)-2-(피리드-4-일아미노)에텐인 방법.
