Claims (17)
- 다음 과정을 포함하는 교차결합된 피브린 유도체로부터 유래한 단일 분지게 항체의 제조방법. i) 교차 결합된 피브린 유도체나 그 것을 포함하는 엑기스 얻기. ii) 상기 유도체나 엑기스를 투여시킨 동물로부터 세포를 생성하는 항체를 분지시킴으로써 상기 유도체나 엑기스에 항체를 형성하기.
- 상기 엑기스를 피브린 덩어리의 혈장분해로 부터 얻거나 트롬빈, 인자 XIIa와 플리인스민의 동시작용 또는 일시적인 응어리 형성과 곧이어 응어리 용해하는 퍼브린노겐으로써 얻을 수 있는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
- 상기 교차결합된 피브린 유도체를 함유하는 동물체액을 전기영동, 크로마토그래피나 다른 분별 기술로써 상기 엑기스를 만드는 특허청구의 범위 1항에 따른 방법.
- 상기한 교차결합 피브린 유도체를 함유하는 항원성 엑기스를 마우스에 투여하고 곧이어 죽이고 비장을 계거하여 임파구와 비장의 백혈구를 분리하기 위해 정례하고 마우스골수세포에 융합시키어 원하는대로 분지시키거나 재분지시킬 하이브리도마세포를 형성하는 ii) 과정에서 앞의 특허청구의 범위의 어느 한항에 따른 방법.
- 하이브리도마 세포를 웰 플레이트에서 배양시키고 하이브리도마 현탁액을 세포 배양 메디아로 각각의 웰에 대신하여 놓는 특허청구 번호 4에 따른 방법.
- 다음 과정을 가지는 특허청구의 범위 1항에 따라 사용하기 위한 검색 분석 방법. A) i) 교차결합된 피브린 유도체 ii) 상기 유도체를 함유하는 엑기스 또는 iii) 피브리노겐 분해산물로 부터 선택된 항원으로 표면을 코팅. B) 교차결합된 피브린 유도체로 부터 유래한 단일분지계 항체와 상기 항원의 접촉. C) 단계에서 형성한 복합물을 표시 증폭단계에 넘기기.
- A) 단계에서 웰 플레이트는 항원을 상기 단일분지계 항체 이전에 가 웰로 가하는 방식으로 사용되는 특허청구의 범위 6항에 따른 분석 방법.
- 다음의 과정을 함유하는 동물 체액에서 교차결합된 피브린 유도체의 존재를 검지하기 위한 분석 방법. i) 교차 결합된 피브린 유도체로 부터 유래하는 항원을 함유하거나 교차결합된 피브린 유도체 그 자체를 함유한다고 여겨지는 액상샘플의 교차결합된 피브린 유도체로 부터 만들어진 단일분지계 항체를 접촉시키기. ii) i)의 과정에서 형성된 복합체를 표시 증폭단계로 넘기기.
- 교차결합된 피브린유도체는 D이량체이라는 특허청구의 범위 9항에 따르는 분석 방법.
- i)의 과정에서 첫번째 단일분지계 항체를 결합시키거나 상기 체액에서 항원으로 포착하여 표시된 두번째 단일분지계 항체에 의해 ii) 과정에서 택을 붙인 특허청구의 범위 8항에 따른 분석방법.
- 상기의 첫번째 단일분지계 항체는 단일특이성이며 상기 두번째 단일 분지계 항체는 범특 이적이라는 특허청구의 범위 10항에 따른 분석 방법.
- 상기 첫번째 단일분지계 항체는 단일특이적이며 상기 두번째 단일분지계 항체는 단일 특이적이라는 특허청구의 범위 10항에 따른 분석 방법.
- 상기 첫번째 단일분지계 항체는 범특이적이고 상기 두번째 단일분지계 항체는 단일 특이적이라는 특허청구의 범위 10항에 따른 분석 방법.
- 두번째 단일분지계 항체는 효소로써 표시되었고 이어서 상기 효소에 대한 기질과 반응한다는 특허청구 번호 10-13중에 어느 하나하나에 따르는 분석방법.
- 두번째 단일분지계 항체는 방사능종으로 표시된 특허청구의 범위 10-13중 어느 한항에 따른 분석 방법.
- i) 단계에서 단일분지계 항체는 상기의 유동 샘플에 접하기 전에 유관구슬에 처음으로 커플링되어 이어서 ii) 단계에서 응집이 체크된다는 특허청구의 범위 8항 또는 9항에 따른 분석 방법.
- 다음의 과정을 함유하는 체액에서 교차결합된 피브린 유도체를 검지하는 방법. i) 교차결합된 피피브린 유도체나 이를 함유하는 엑기스로써 동물을 면역시키기. ii) 동물에서 비장제거 iii) 세포 현탁액을 형성하기 위해 비장 처리 iv) 비장 핵혈구나 임파구를 분리시키기 위해 세포 현탁액을 정제. v) 한가지 성분으로써 상기 비장 핵혈구나 임파구를 함유하는 하이브리도마 세포형성. vi) 적당한 세포 공급장치층을 이용하여 상기 하이브리도마 세포를 분지하거나 재분지시키기. vii) 교차결합된 피브린 유도체나 이를 함유한 엑기스 또는 피브리노겐 분해 산물로 부터 항원을 선택하여 단일분지계 항체를 교차결합된 피브린유도체를 생성하는 하이브리도마 세포를 분리하기 위한 검색분석을 행하기. viii), vii)단계후에 분리된 하이브리도마 세포로부터 만들 단일 분지계 항체와 함께 유래하는 항원이나 교차 결합된 피브린 유도체를 함유했는지 알기 위한 액상샘플의 접촉. ix) viii의 단계에서 형성된 복합체를 표시증폭단계에 넘기기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
