Claims (6)

  1. 열가소성 수지가 수력 또는 교차결함 또는 유사한 형태의 매트릭스 혼함함에 재료에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 매트릭스 재료에 효과적으로 결합하도록 표면부분이 노출되고, 억가소성 재료로 외부가 커버되지 않은 가장 대부 입자 표면부분에 대해 견고하게 점착된 표면 및 섬유의 표면에 단지 부분적으로 끼워 넣은 단단한 광물입자들의 표면 결합층으로 제공함을 특위으로 하는 보강된 섬유재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유들이 상기 표면층에 단지 부분적으로 끼워넣은 광물입자의 외부층과 마찬가지로 기저층으로 결합된 열가성 수지의 표면층 및 좋은 신장강도의 기저층을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 섬유에 기초를 둔 섬유 보강재료.
  3. 제2항에 있어서. 기저층이 표면층의 점착점보다 실질적으로 높은 점착점, 열가소성 재료이고, 광물 재료가 이층에 접근하여 위치하지만 기저층 속으로 일반적으로 유입되지 않음을 특징으로 하는 보강재료.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 기저측이 폴리프로필랜 단일 중합체 또는 그와 유사한 것이고, 표면층이 일정하지 않은 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 또는 그와 유사한것임을 특징으로 하는 보강재료.
  5. 제2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 기층저의 두께가 기저층 및 표면층의 전체 두께의 50-95%임을 특징으로 하는 보강재료.
  6. 제2대지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 광물입자가 10∼500㎛크기의 결정성, 광물 또는 금속 입자임을 특징으로 하는 보강재료.
