Abstract

"MATERIAIS LAMINARES ADEQUADOS PARA USO NA FABRICAçãO DE SAPATOS, MéTODO PARA FABRICá-LOS E MATERIAIS REFORçADORES DE SAPATO INCLUINDO OS REFERIDOS MATERIAIS LAMINARES". O referido material laminar é adequado para uso na fabricação de sapatos e compreende um núcleo (10) extrudado, tendo nele laminada, em ambos os lados, uma camada de tecido de fibra (12), o núcleo (10) de folha termoplástica compreendendo uma mistura de material de sobra de reforçador de sapato com material termoplástico extrudável, o núcleo incluindo pelo menos 40% em peso de material termoplástico extrudável virgem. Coberturas de adesivo termo-fundido (14) são aplicadas em ambos os lados. O material de sobra no núcleo (10) inclui partículas (16) fibrosas. Também é descrito um método para fabricar o referido material.
