Claims (5)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 폐환시켜 R3및 R4가 동일한 저급알킬인 상응하는 일반식(Ib)의 화합물을 수득하고; 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 수소화시켜 R3및 R4가 수소인 상응하는 일반식(Ib)의 화합물을 수득하며; 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 에메렌메아민과 축합시킨 후, 생성된 중간체를 환원시켜 R3및 R4가 수소인 상응하는 일반식(Ia)의 화합물을 수득하고; R3및 R4가 수소인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 임의의 순서로 알킬화, 아실화 및/또는 환원시켜 상응하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수득하며; 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 치료학적으로 무독한 산과 반응시켜 상응하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 치료학적으로 무독한 산과의 염으로서 수득함을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 또는 그의 치료학적으로 무독한 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 수소, 할로겐, 저급알킬, 저급알콕시 또는 트리플루오로메틸이고, R2는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 저급 알킬이며, R3및 R4는 각기 수소, 저급알킬, 저급 알케닐, 저급 알키닐, 사이클로(저급)알킬, 저급 알카노일, 하이드록시(저급)알킬, 저급 알콕시카보닐(저급) 알킬, 페닐(저급)알킬 또는 페녹시(저급)알킬이고, R5는 저급 알킬이며, X는 브로모 또는 클로로이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소 또는 브로모이며, R2가 메틸이고, R3가 수소, 저급알킬, 저급 알카노일, 하이드록시(저급)알킬 또는 저급알콕시카보닐(저급)알킬이며, R4가 수소, 저급알킬, 저급알키닐, 하이드록시(저급)알킬 또는 저급 알콕시카보닐(저급)알킬인 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 치료학적으로 무독한 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, R1이 수소이고, R2가 메틸이며, R3가 수소, 저급알킬 또는 하이드록시(저급)알킬이고, R4가 수소, 저급알킬, 저급 알키닐 또는 하이드록시(저급)알킬인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 (4a-12a-트란스)-5-메틸-1,2,3,4,4a,11,12,12a-옥타하이드로피라지노[2′,3′-3,4] 피리도[1,2-a] 인돌;(4a,12a-트란스)-1,4-디에틸-5-메틸-1,2,3,4,4a,11,12,12a-옥타하이드로피라지노[2',3'-3,4]피리도[1,2-a] 인돌;(4a,12a-트란스)-5-메틸-1,4-티피로필-1,2,3,4,4a,11,12,12a-옥타하이드로피라지노[2',3'-3,4]피리도[1,2-a] 인돌;(4a,12a-트란스)-1,4,5-트리메틸-1,2,3,4,4a,11,12,12a-옥타하이드로피라지노[2',3'-3,4]피리도[1,2-a] 인돌; 및 (4a-12a-트란스)-5-메틸-1,2,3,4,4a,11,12,12a-옥타하이드로피라지노[2′,3′-3,4] 피리도[1,2-a] 인돌-1,4-디에탄올인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 (4a,12a-트란스)-1-에틸-5-메틸-1,2,3,4,4a,11,12,12a-옥타하이드로피라지노[2',3'-3,4] 피리도[1,2-a] 인돌;(4a,12a-트란스)-5-메틸-1-(1-메틸에틸)-1,2,3,4,4a,11,12,12a-옥타하이드로피라지노[2',3'-3,4]피리도[1,2-a] 인돌;(4a,12a-트란스)-5-메틸-1-(2-프로피닐)-1,2,3,4,4a,11,12,12a-옥타하이드로피라지노[2',3'-3,4]피리도[1,2-a] 인돌;(4a,12a-트란스)-1-에틸-5-메틸-4프로필-1,2,3,4,4a,11,12,12a-옥타하이드로피라지노[2',3'-3,4]피리도[1,2-a] 인돌;(4a,12a-트란스)-4-부틸-1-에틸-5-1,2,3,4,4a,11,12,12a-메틸옥타하이드로피라지노[2',3'-3,4]피리도[1,2-a] 인돌;(4a,12a-트란스)-4-에틸-5-메틸-1-(1-메틸에틸)-1,2,3,4,4a,11,12,12a-옥타하이드로피라지노[2',3'-3,4]피리도[1,2-a] 인돌; 및 (4a,12a-트란스)-5-메틸-1-(1-메틸에틸)-4-프로필-1,2,3,4,4a,11,12,12a-옥타하이드로피라지노[2',3'-3,4] 피리도[1,2-a] 인돌인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
