Claims (9)
- 회전노와 고정된 예열기 사이에 설치되며 독립적인 열원을 갖는 가소로에 있어서, 상부파트와 하부파트로 나누어져 구성되며, 상부파트의 최대직경보다 작은 직경을 가지는 실린더형태로 형성되고 하부파트는 원뿔각이 서로 다른 두개의 원뿔이 상,하부로 결합되어 원뿔형태로 형성되며, 회전노 배출가스덕트에 연결되며 상부원뿔의 하부원뿔의 원뿔각보다 작은 원뿔각을 가지며 상부원뿔의 하단은 하부원뿔의 상단과 연결되고 상부원뿔의 상단은 윗쪽이 좁은 트로틀을 통해 상부파트의 하단에 연결된 시멘트원료 소성용 가소로.
- 제1항에 따른 가소로에 있어서, 상부파트의 양단에 트로틀 장치를 설치한 것.
- 제1항에 따른 가소로에 있어서, 트로틀 장치는 상부파트로 부터 상부원뿔을 향해 점진적으로 큰 직경을 가지도록된 것.
- 제2항에 따른 가소로에 있어서, 실린더부는 트로틀을 통해 상부파트의 상단에 연결되고 상부파트의 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지며 가소로 배출가스덕트를 통해 사이크론에 연결되도록한 것.
- 제1항에 따른 가소로에 있어서, 상부파트의 상단에 트로틀장치를 설치한것.
- 제1항에 따른 가소로에 있어서, 하부원뿔의 원뿔각은 45°내지 90°이며 상부원뿔의 원뿔각은 10°내지 45°인 것.
- 제1항에 따른 가소로에 있어서, 연소용공기덕트는 상부원뿔에 연결되며 원료공급관은 연소용 공기덕트에 연결된 것.
- 제1항에 따른 가소로에 있어서, 원료공급관이 트로틀장치에 연결된 것.
