Claims (18)

  1. 판지층을 가지며 일측면의 적어도 일측부에 열접착가능한 적어도 하나의 표면층을 갖는 판지용기용 원판지의 변부박피 및 절첩방법에 있어서, 상기 판지층은 연삭하고 이 판지층의 일부와 열접착가능한 물질의 상부층을 제거하여 열접착 가능한 물질의 층의 평면에 대하여 일정한 각도로 경사진 경사연삭면을 얻고, 상기 판지층을 연삭하여 이 판지층의 일부와 열접착가능한 물질의 상부층의 다른 부분을 제거하여 상기 열접착가능한 물질의 층에 평행한 평면상 연삭면을 얻으므로서 판지의 변부에 대하여 평행한 절첩부분을 얻으며, 판지의 변부에 대하여 평행하고 상기 경사 진역삭면과 평면상 연삭면사이에 놓인선을 따라 상기 절첩부분을 절첩하여 적어도 평면상 연삭면의 일부가 열접착가능한 물질의 층과 접촉되게 하고 절첩부분을 열접착 가능한 물질의 층에 대하여 압축하므로서 이들 사이에 접착이 이루어지고 쐐기형 변부부분이 형성되게 하고, 절첩부분이 접착된 열접착가능한 물질의 층의 절첩부분을 다림질하여 상기 접착되고 다림질된 절첩부분의 노출면이 열접착가능한 물질의 층에 동일 평면상으로 일치되게 함을 특징으로 하는 판지용기용 원판지의 변부박피 및 절첩방법.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 평면상 연삭면이 절첩단계가 수행되기 전에 경사진 연삭면과 변부사이에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 경사평면이 경사진 연삭면에 의하여 형성되고 연삭면계가 상기 연삭면사이에 단턱을 형성토록 수행되는 바의 방법.
  4. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 연삭단계가 경사진 연삭면의 가장 깊은 부분이 평면상 연삭면보다 깊게 판지층으로 연장되도록 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 연삭단계가 평면상 연삭면의 모든 부분이 경사진 연삭면의 다른 부분보다 판지층내로 더 연장되도록 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 각도가 약 30°이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 쐐기형 변부부분을 만곡시켜 전체 절첩부분이 열접착가능한 물질의 층에 대하여 동일평면상으로 일치되게 함을 특징으로 하는 방백.
  8. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 판지가 열접착가능한 물질의 층에 인쇄층을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는방법.
  9. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 경사진 연삭면이 평면상 연삭면이 형성되기 전에 형성되는 바의 방법.
  10. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 경사진 연삭면이 평면상 연삭면의 형성후에 형성되는 바의 방법.
  11. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 경사진 연삭면이 일련의 평행한 층형면으로 형성되고, 이 층형면은 일련의 평면상 연삭면으로 구성되고 모두 열접착가능한 물질층의 평면에 대하여 거의 평행한 층형구조로 되어 있으며 각 평면은 평면상 연삭면보다는 좁음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 판지가 연속웨브의 형태로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 시이트재가 판지층을 가지며 각각 시이트재의 제1 및 제2 외측면을 구성하는 열접착가능한 물질의 제1 및 제2 외부층을 갖는 바의 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 외측면의 일부를 클라임 밀링방법으로 연삭하여 시이트재의변부에 대하여 평행하고 열접착가능한 물질의 제1층의 평면에 대하여 30°이하의각도로 경사진 연삭면을 얻고, 상기 제 1 외측면의 다른 부분을 반대 방향 연삭방법으로 연삭하여 열접착가능한 물질의 상기 층에 대하여 실제로 평행하고 경사진 연삭면과 변부사이에 놓이는 평면상의 연삭면을 얻으며, 이 평면상 연삭면과 경사진 연삭면이 단턱으로 분리되고, 상기 단턱을 따라서 연삭된 부분을 접착하고 평면상 연삭면의 일부를 평면상 연삭면과 열접착 가능한 물질의 제1층 사이에 영구적인 접합부를 효과적으로 형성할 수 있는 조견하에 열접착가능한 물질의 층에 대하여 압축하므로서 절첩된 부분이 쐐기형 변부부분을 형성토록하며, 절첩된 면이 제1 표면에 대하여 동일평면상으로 일치되도록 쐐기형 변부부분을 압축함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 청구범위 1항에 따라서 판지층을 갖고 열접착가능한 물질의 적어도 하나의 외부층을 갖는 판지용기용 원판지의 변부를 박피하고 절첩하는 장치에 있어서, 판지의 변부에 평행한 판지의 열접착가능한 외부층을 박피하기 위한 제1 박피수단과 , 판지의 동일변부에 평행한 판지의 열접착가능한 외부층을 박피하기 위한 제2 박피수단으로 구성되고, 이들 박피수단은 그 한 수단이 열접착 가능한 층에 대하여 평행한 면을 연삭하고 다른 한 수단은 이 평행한 평면상의 연삭면에 대하여 경사진 면을 연삭하며, 판지의 박피된 변부를 열접착가능한 층에 절첩하고 이절첩된 부분을 열접착 가능한 층에 열접착하기 위한 열접착수단과, 절첩되고 열접착된 부분이 열접착 가능한 층에 대하여 동일평면상으로 일치되게 하는 다림질 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 판지용기용 원판지의 변부박피 및 절첩장치.
  15. 청구범위 14항에 있어서, 박피수단이 각각 연삭륜과 이 연삭륜을 다른 연삭륜에 대하여 반대방향으로 회전하게 하는 수단으로 구성되는 바의 장치.
  16. 청구범위 14항에 있어서, 판지의 접착된 변부부분을 변부부분이 열접착 가능한 층과 연속되고 경사진 면을 갖는 형태로부터 변부부분의 표면이 열접착 가능한 층에 동일 평면상으로 일치하는 제2 형태로 변형시키기 위한 쐐기형 부분변형수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  17. 청구범위 14항에 있어서, 열접착수단이 판재의 박피된 변부부분을 가열하기 위한 가열수단과 열접착층의 박피된 변부를 접착하기 위한 변부절첩수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  18. 청구범위 14항에 있어서, 열접착 가능한 층에 판지의 박피된 변부부분을 절첩하여 절첩된 부분이 그 본래의 위치로 반정도로 되돌아오게 하기 위한 예비변부 절첩수단으로 구성되고, 상기 가열수단이 예비변부절첩후 판지를 가열토록 배치된 바의장치.
