Claims (10)

  1. 용융염과 용융마그네슘 또는 마그네슘 합금을 혼합한 후 주조 및 냉각하여 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘 합금이 분산된 취성의 기지염으로부터 염피막된 마그네슘 입자를 제조하는 염피막 마그네슘입자 제조방법으로서, 용융염과 함께 전체혼합물의 82체적퍼센트 정도까지의 용융마그네슘 또는 마그네슘합금을 혼합기에 연속적으로 공급하여 용융마그네슘 또는 마그네슘합금을 구형의 입자상태로 용융염속에 분산시키며, 연속적으로 혼합기로 흘러나온 혼합물을 금속냉각시켜 고형의 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘합금 입자를 취약한 기지염에 분산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 염피막마그네슘입자 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 응고된 혼합물을 연마하여 취약한 기지염을 분쇄 시킴으로서 염속에 포함된 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘합금 입자를 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 염피막 마그네슘 입자 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 응고된 혼합물을 연마하여 취약한 기지염을 미분쇄시킨후 표면에 얇은 염피막이 형성된 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘합금입자를 미분쇄된 염으로부터 분리시키는 것을 특징으로하는 염피막 마그네슘입자 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 응고된 혼합물을 연마하여 취약한 기지염을 미분쇄시킨후 체질하여 기지염에 갇혀있는 염피막된 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘 합금입자를 미분염으로부터 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 입자 제조방법.
  5. 상기 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 혼합기가 직렬 정적혼합기인 것을 특징으로 하는 염피막 마그네슘입자 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에서 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 혼합기는 한쪽끝이나 그 근방에 응용재료를 받아들이는 장치와 다른쪽 끝이나 그 근방에 용융재료를 방출하는 장치를 갖춘 길쭉하고 집약적인 혼합기인 것을 특징으로 하는 염피막 마그네슘 입자 제조방법.
  7. 상기항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘합금의 양이 58내지 68퍼센트의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 염피막 마그네슘입자 제조방법.
  8. 상기항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 혼합기를 흐르는 용융체에는 산화마그네슘이나 미분탄소 또는 붕소함유화합물중의 최소한 하나의 첨가물이 포함되어 있어 혼합기내의 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘합금입자의 입도분포 및 분산을 개선 또는 조절할 수 있는 보조제로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염피막 마그네슘 입자 제조방법.
  9. 상기항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 용융염은 주로 알카리 금속염과 알카리 토금속염의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염피막 마그네슘 입자 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 염혼합물에는 미량의 금속산화물 및/또는 불순물도 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 염피막 마그네슘 입자 제조방법.
