Claims (13)
- 길이의 중심부에서 양끝부분으로 가면서 그 두께와 폭이 변화하는 섬유보강 플래스틱으로 만들어진 긴 몸체를 갖춘 판스프링에 있어서, 몸체는 그 중심부에서 최대두께와 최소폭을 가지며, 양끝부분으로 갈수록 두께는 감소하고 폭은 증가하며, 몸체는 최소한 하나의 곧은 측모서리를 갖추고 있고, 가운데 부분의 단면적이 몸체 나머지 부분의 단면적과 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 판스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한쌍의 몸체가 각 몸체의 곧은 측모서리를 반대쪽으로 마주하며 서로 평행하게 설치되어 그 길이 전체에 걸쳐 균인한 폭을 갖는 조립스프링이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판스프링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 한쌍의 몸체가 나란히 배열되어 그 사이에 리세스가 형성됨으로서 몸체의 중간부분에 설치구조를 수용할 수 있게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 판스프링.
- 제3항에 있어서, 설치구조가 리세스를 통과하는 보울트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 몸체가 한 단위의 같은 몸체로 연결되어 길이중심부의 폭 가운데 부분에 구멍이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판스프링.
- 제5항에 있어서, 몸체의 윗표면에 접촉하여 설치되며 그 길이방향으로 균일한 단면적을 갖는 금속판을 더 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서로 분리된 한쌍의 몸체가 서로 평행하게 층상으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 몸체가 조립스프링을 구성하며 이 몸체는 서로 평행하게 층상으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 몸체가 조립스프링을 구성하며 몸체의 한쪽끝이 인접한 몸체의 대응되는 끝아래쪽에 설치되고 몸체의 반대쪽 끝은 인접한 몸체의 대응되는 끝 위쪽에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 판스프링.
- 섬유보강 플래스틱으로 만들어진 한쌍의 동일한 몸체를 포함하는 판스프링으로서, 몸체의 길이 가운데 부분부터 폭과 길이가 변화하며 각 몸체는 길이중심부에서 최대두께와 최소폭을 가지며, 양끝부분으로 갈수록 두께는 감소하고 폭은 증가하며, 각 몸체는 최소한 하나의 곧은 측면 모서리를 갖추고, 길이중심부의 단면적이 몸체의 나머지 부분의 단면적과 크기가 같으며, 각 몸체의 곧은 측면모서리가 스프링의 반대쪽 측면에서 서로 평행하게 배열되어 그 길이 전체에 걸쳐 폭이 균일한 것을 특징으로 하는 판스프링.
- 제10항에 있어서, 몸체 길이 가운데의 측면모서리 사이에 길쭉한 리세스가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 판스프링.
- 제10항에 있어서, 리세스에 설치되는 위치 고정핀을 포함하는 설치구조를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판스프링.
