Claims (10)
- 상승된 온도로 가열장치에서 공작물을 가열하고, 다른 처리를 위하여 가열장치로 부터 공작물을 꺼낸후, 가열장치로 부터 나온 공작물을 상승된 온도보다 현저히 낮은 온도에서 담금질하는 단계를 포함하는 열처리방법에 있어서, 상기 담금질단계가 주유동방향으로 안내되는 적어도 하나의 가스기류에 의하여 생성되고 담금질되는 공작물의 재질보다 열도전율이 큰 매체가 이용된 유동상에서 담금질이 되도록 공작물이 놓여지는 단계, 담금질중에 유동상을 이루는 가스기류에 대하여 공작물을 이동시키는 동시에 가스기류의 주유동방향에 대하여 직각으로 유동상에 간헐적인 가스젯트를 주입하는 단계와, 유동상에서 공작물의 처리중 유동상의 온도를 일정하게 고정하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 열처리 방법.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 중간열처리를 위하여 가열장치로 부터 나오는 공작물이 유동상에서 먼저 담금질된 다음 조직변형장치로 옮겨지는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 습기 또는 증기가 가스기류와 함께 유동상에 추가되는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 1 또는 3항에 있어서, 유동상 매체가 넓은 온도범위 이상으로 일정한 복사상수를 갖는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 2-4항에 있어서, 유동상에 사용된 가스가 유동상 매체의 입자와 같은 동일 전하를 갖는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 2-4항에 있어서, 유동상 매체가 공작물 장입시간중에 재생되는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 2-6항에 있어서, 공작물이 유동상으로 부터 꺼내진 후 그들 고정온도가 공작물의 내부중심으로 부터 표면으로 이동하는 열에 의하여 이루어지는 범위의 고정온도에서 담금질되는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 2-7항에 있어서, 가스기류와 함께 유동상을 떠나는 열이 조작변현장치를 가열하기 위하여 사용되는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 1-8항에 있어서, 공작물이 가열장치로 부터 유동상으로 이동되는 시간이 공작물의 복사특성에 따라 제어되는 바의 방법.
