제5도 및 제6도는 본 발명의 제2실 시예를 도시하고,
제5도는 냉장고의 단열도어를 도시하는 종단면도.
제6도는 제조공정을 도시하는 개략적인 종단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 외 각체내에 발포성수지를 충전해서 구성되는 발포체를 성형하는 것으로서 성형함내에 상기 외각체를 수용하고 상기 성형함과 상기 외각체와의 사이의 공간에 입상체를 충전하고 상기 성형함을 폐쇄상태로 상기 외각체내의 주입된 상기 발포성수지를 발포시키고, 상기 성형함내로부터 상기 입상체를 제거하여 상기 발포체취출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체의 제조방법.
