Claims (12)
- 팽창용량 V2가 0.01 대지 0.25이고, 그리고 압력에 의한 단일 축선방향의 변형율이 1.1 이상인 탈수하이드로겔로 형성된 주요부분으로 이루어지고, 직경이 2 대지 10mm이며, 길이가 35 내지 150mm인 필수적인 원통형 대로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자궁경부 확장기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드로겔의 압력에 의한 변형율이 선형 등방성 팽창율의 0.75 내지 1.25배 임을 특징으로 하는 자궁경부 확장기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온성 그룹은 CO·OX, SO3X, -O·SO3X, -C(=N-OH)OH, NRR',-NRRR", 피리딜 또는 4급화 피리닐(여기서, X는 수소, 금속양이온 또는 N-함유 양이온이고, R, R' 및 R"는 수소, 또는 O 또는 N 원자를 함유하는 비치환되거나 치환된 C1-C6알킬임)로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 자궁경부 확장기구.
- 제l항에 있어서, 하이드로겔이 아미드, N,N-디알킬아미드,-CO : NH : NHR, 사이클릭 락탐, 사이클릭 락톤, 및 폴리히드록시 화합물의 아크릴 에스테르로 구성되는 그룹으로부더 선택된 친수성 그룹을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 자궁경부 확장기구.
- 제1항, 또는 4항에 있어서, 하이드로겔이 부분적으로 가수분해된 플리아크릴로니트릴로 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 자궁경부 확장기구
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드로셀은 이러한 하이드로겔보다 팽창율이 낮은 재료로 만든 하나 또는 다수의 보강요소에 의해 보강됨을 특징으로 하는 자궁경부 확장기구.
- 제6항에 있어서, 보강요소가 원통형대의 증축을 따라 필수적으로 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 자궁경부확장기구.
- 제7항에 있어서, 보강요소가 팽창상태의 하이드로겔에 접착항을 특징으로 하는 자궁경부 확장기구.
- 제1항 또는 제6 항에 있어서, 하이드로셀과 보강요소는 상기 보강요소로부터 상기 하이드로겔까지 증가하는 팽창용량을 갖는 층에 의해 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 자궁경부 확장기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원통형대의 한쪽 말단은 편평하고, 축선에 대한 축방향으로의 칫수가 원통형대의 직경보다 더 크게 한 자궁경부 확장기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기구의 한쪽 말단은 하이드로셀보다 팽창율이 낮은 재료로 제조됨을 특징으로하는 자궁경부 확장기구.
