Claims (6)
- 조 알데히드 액체 생성물 혼합물중 탄소수 3 내지 8의 알데히드를 수소의 알데히드에 대한 몰비가 약 1 내지 50인 수소함유 기체 존재하에 약 40℃ 내지 약 150℃ 온도, 약 20psig 내지 약 150psig 압력에서 증발시키고, 증발기로부터 (1)증기화 알데히드-수소 함유 기체 스트리임 및 (2) 유기인 오염물 및 유기 중질물을 함유하는 액체 스트리임을 회수하므로써 상기 액체 생성물 혼합물의 알데히드로부터 유기인 오염물 및 유기중질물을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 거의 약 95중량% 내지 약 99.5중량%의 알데히드, 약 5 내지 500ppm의 유기인 오염물로 이루어지며, 나머지의 대부분은 유기 중질물인 조 알데히드 액체 생성물 혼합물을 정제하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 온도 범위가 약 60℃ 내지 약 140℃인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서 압력 범위가 약 50psig 내지 약 100psig인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 유기인 오염물에 트리페닐포스핀이 포함된 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서 알데히드가 부티르알데히드인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증기화 알데히드-수소 함유 기체 스트리임을 전환기로 보내 CuO 및 ZnO의 혼합물로 이루어진 촉매 존재하에 약 110℃ 내지 약 180℃의 온도, 약 20psig 내지 약 150psig의 얍력 및500 내지 4000hr-1의 공간 속도에서 수소화시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
